The staff at reception were very friendly, especially considering our Hungarian was limited. They allowed us to use their PC to print our boarding passes for our flight home. The hotel is huge, and although we booked 2 rooms in the same booking we were on different floors, in what appeared to be a mostly empty hotel. The rooms have...

This place has all the conditions to be fabulous, just need some reconstruction... Use to stay there, but now I moved to another one in my last visits. Use to be an hospital, the building is beautiful! The rooms at big. Just rebuild it and it will be a great place to be.

A very nice and cozy hotel, clearly expanded from the old building using very elegant glass structures. The rooms are spacious. The blanket in the bed could have been a bit bigger! Loved the breakfast room / restaurant area and the swimming pool at night. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful, with a lot of green areas. Staff...

The staff was very friendly and caring. The wellness center is spectacular, especially the massages. The food at the restaurant was very good, even when it closes early, although almost everything is shutdown early in the night. They should add a channel with English language, so people can have other options to see.

My wife and I stayed two nights in May. Very friendly, helpful staff, close to many restaurants, and close to beautiful church to visit in Jak, with surprisingly good children's choir. Fine pool for swimming, though sometimes a bit crowded. As others have commented, Restaurant associated with hotel not very good, especially service, but there are other good alternatives close...

Coming from a western country, you can see very well that things have been different for long here. But still you can see the improvements and the investments: the pool, the restaurants, the wifi working very well. It's the only hotel where I have been in the area, but at least I may say there is nothing to complain and...

This was a nice hotel. The staff spoke good english. It is an older hotel, but has been remodeled. Flat Screen TVs in each room. The AC is great. AC is not available in most hotels and during the hot days of July, it is a must have. The breakfast, while like every hotel in EU is lacking. Fresh fruits...

the hotel was great close to the centrum. Very clean. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was nice as well as the sauna but the hot tub you could have put a newborn in and not hurt it. Other than that we loved it and would stay again

Admittedly, we weren't here very long. The room was fine though. Breakfast left a bit to be desired--undercooked hardboiled egg, moldy orange, slimy-looking eggs-- but check-in was smooth, the shower was fine, and beds were clean.

Check in was very good. Staff spoke English. Very nice large room (208) with a large bathroom. Clean and bright. Curtains operated by chord but they didn't quite meet in the middle or go round the corner runner. BBC channel on the TV. Swimming pool looked very nice (didn't try it). The bar / restaurant in the annexed building was...

Kedves Edina. Sajnáljuk az étteremmel kapcsolatos negatív élményeit. Igyekszünk tanulni belőle. Egyet vitatunk csak, de azt nagyon: senki nem húzott...
