This hotel is definitelly in best condition. I think that owners since opening really dont care about hotel conditions. Dirty walls, dirt in shower, missing light bulbs, old laundry in front of room all weekend. Comparing to hotel condition, breakfast was ok, no great expectations.

I stayed here for one night only, that is the ideal goal of this hotel. The rooms are spacious but not well insulated so they are noisy. The area is easy to reach by car but far from the city center. I would recommend this hotel only for short stays.

Weird staff who even did not ask if I needed anything or if I enjoyed my stay, stinky room with hair on my pillow, cold room with broken window, bad TV signal, no mini bar, no hotel food after 21:00, terrible junky breakfast containing of low...

This hotel is located out of the centre of Zilina but that's not really the issue as it's within walking distance or you could also take the trolley bus. The building itself is fine - our room was clean and comfortable. My real concern with this place was the attitude of the staff - they were just rather miserable and...

We stayed in the hotel for one night in January 2014. The hotel seemed to be empty and we seemed to be the only guests in it. Though the rooms seem to have been renovated quite recently, there is a touch of dust on everything because of lack of activity in the hotel. We stayed in a family suit with...

Coming from USA, I phoned one week in advance to confirm the two-week stay that I had booked months before. Instead, I was told that my reservation was only for three nights! It took days to correct this error. Tonight as we were going to the restaurant for dinner, we were told it was closed all night for a private...

I had a meeting at the University. All other hotel were fully booked so I decided to try A hotel close to the university rather than in the city centre. It was a good idea. The hotel offers very good price-to-quality ratio and is just 5 minutes from the University.
