Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Well, this hotel is on the main road and it is easily reachable, which is the best thing about the hotel. The parking is boh in front of the hotel and in the backyard. The rooms are OK, the bathroom needs renovation, mattrass on the bed is old and very soft you feel like sleeping in a waterbed. If you have a room with the view to the background of the hotel, it is awful and the noise from ventilation of the opposite building is loud as it is the fridge in the room. When you want to open the window, there is a stool you have to climb on😁😁 but if you are too short, you wil have a problem to reach for it. Breakfast was nothing special, not a lot to choose from.....only a few main things.....

Terrible experience, hot water run very quickly so I addressed the problem at the reception and of course I was told that she was a new member of the staff and did not know anything. I was given ripped towels, plus the room was smelly. Poor breakfast.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. The hotel is pretty basic, nothing special. The room was clean however some ceiling tiles were broken and almost falling off. Wish there was a fridge in the room to store drinks there, since it was quite warm in the room.Location was good though, close to Old Town. Breakfast however was quite decent.

Thanks for your help!! The reception helped me exceptionally to get my documents that i needed for entering Belarus, so many calls and research they made for me and cheered with me. I want to thank you very much for your care and extra-mile-service.

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and good location as only 20 minutes from Old Town and the same for the train station.Good restaurants in the, area and close to public transport as well. Good selection of breakfast items both hot and cold with real coffee. Excellent value for money.

Cheap hotel in convenient location. Girls in reception were really nice and friendly, made me feel welcome. Room was okay and clean, except the toilet room. It was clean but it was horrible smell coming out from toilet itself. Toilet brush was old and dirty and smelly. Breakfast pretty good, big variety of food for everyone’s liking.

Good place to stay. Pretty close to town. Good parking behind the building. The shower needed to be fixed though. The breakfest was okey but nothing more. Warm juice. Cant expect more for this price. The elevator can also need a fix.

This hotel is OK. Staff were friendly enough and were great for letting us in early and stowing our bags for when we left, breakfast was adequate (usual - buffet - some hot dishes and good enough range of cold stuff). Room was hot though - no air con and ours had two windows and only one opened so the effect of the sun made it hotter. Bed was comfy enough and bathroom was basic but clean (although tap sprayed all over every time you used it). It is in an OK location, bit out of town and on a fairly soulless main road. We paid 49 euro and thought it was 'OK value for money' but nothing to get too excited about.

We were a large group. In this great hotel, in walking distance from Vilnius we were able to get rooms for everybody at a good price. The breakfast wasn't the highlight of the day, but it kept us going until lunchtime. When checking out, the hotel allowed us to delay our checkout for an hour to match our home flight. This I consider good service. At arrival everything had been prepared, so all we had to do was collect our keycard and walk to the rooms. All in all a good experience and I have no problem recommending this hotel to others.
