Small very uncomfortable beds. Lots of noise on the downstairs floor with people passing to reception. Room was dirty and we found a half drunk bottle of juice on the floor from previous guests.Curtain pole was hanging off the wall and the room smelled very badly from the toilet

PLUS: Location was great! The hotel is practically in the center of town, next to a beautiful park. The rooms were small and simple, but clean. Friendly service, free parking in the backyard of the hotel. MINUS: Breakfast was concise, would have hoped for more. No airconditioning, if cold weather this is fine, but at summer heat would be stuffy...

Hotel is cosy and small and suits for people who seek authentical atmosphere and are looking for peaceful walks in the city and enjoying the beach or cheap dinners in the central city area. The hotel itself does not have anything special to offer, very simple rooms, no ventilation, wi-fi does not work in the rooms. The problem with many...

A couples rooms not large enough to open one suitcase, stuffy , no aircon, rooms have an odour of sewage, wifi available in foyer only. Not worth staying here when there are so many amazing establishments for the same price or less. Do yourself a favour and bypass this place.

Worst hotel in the Estonia. Rooms are so small a couple can not open suitcases, toilet would not flush, smelt like a sewer, TV did not work, wifi rarely worked , bed crammed in a corner and hot in stuffy shoebox rooms . At €93 it is a joke. Should be €20 at most as it is at best like...

More than an hotel, this is like an hostel to be honest. I wonder how they got three stars. Anyway the rooms are small and extremely simple, but clean and everything works. The people working there are very friendly. The location is good, five minutes from the bus station, right in the center and 10 minutes walk from the beach....

This small hotel in an old wooden house with a great location was simple but very welcoming. Clean smallish rooms that had been recently renovated, good breakfast selection, helpful staff, nice surroundings with a small park.

We enjoyed very much our stay this simple, humble and authentic hotel in a wooden house. We felt very good in it, beds are good and price was reasonable compared to some other places we have seen in this wealthy city. With a bigger budget, you can go in one of the villas for something typical as well, but Koidula...

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Koidulapark for a weekend in August 2008. As this is the high season in Pärnu, I was pleasantly surprised with the price of the room and the fact that they even had vacancies (I booked only 2 weeks in advance). I have visited Pärnu several times, but as this was the first time for...
