Reviewed yesterday NEW

We spent two nights here for a winter break. Service is impeccable from the largely young staff. Room was perfect for us, with one of the best showers I have used in a hotel. We were not so keen on the location for breakfast which is served in the cellar with no natural light. This just felt "odd". There is...

It was our first time there but definitely not the last time. First of all the service was excellent from the beginning, maybe the best I've ever had. Whole hotel is so beautiful and location is pretty much perfect. Last but not least I loved their restaurant, especially brekkie was amazing. Definitely coming back.

From the moment we arrived to leaving yesterday we were made more than welcome. Our room was cosy, quiet, very clean and well presented with thoughtful touches. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the incredibly beautiful 'old town' of Tallinn and a lovely retreat to return to at the end of the day. It's so rare to come across...

We stayed for three nights. The service was amazing. They have a extraordinary breakfast menu, we were looking forward to it every morning. The staff was very forthcoming and helpful. The location is perfect in the middle of the old town. We can easily recommend this hotel.

Things we liked about this hotel: - great location - beautiful lobby - clean room Things we were not so convinced about: - breakfast in a rather dark and pretty cold arched cellar (without any daylight) - sauna: has to be booked in advance (1 hour slots), is located in another building (you have to get outdoors in your bathrobe,...

Dear ILT186338, This is a very disturbing review. I am sorry to hear that you did not like the location where our breakfast is served and I can not disagree that there might be a little un-cosy since the weather in Estonia surprised us with unexpected freeze. But usually we have very positive comments from our guests, especially the atmosphere...

Great hotel, the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. Lovely comfy rooms and excellent breakfast. Short walk to the main town square and plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. Very nice sauna and massages available. Very good restaurant in the cellar with extensive menu.

I love this place! Located in Old Tallinn, excellent service, medieval surroundings with modern comfort. The rooms are not big, but lovely. We love breakfast with candles, champagne and hot food a-la-carte! Definitely will be back! Thank you!

There is a board in the lobby listing all the famous people that have stayed here - Prince Charles, Sting, and important political figures like the German Chancellor and the Pet Shop Boys. After I got over the disappointment of not finding my name on the board I have to concede this was a brilliant hotel, and great value. From...
