Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here in a family room for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean and had a side room for our 14 year old daughter. I had my electric toothbrush with me but found no socket the bathroom to charge it but the battery life was good and worked for all the time we were there. We used the pool, sauna and spa ,we used the facilities around 5pm and it was very quiet, so a good time to use. Changing rooms were clean with shampoo and conditioner in the shower cubicles.Continental breakfast was included and catered for coeliac diets, when asked the staff member found out which items I could eat, which was just about all on the menu bar the pastries and some cereals.

Very friendly welcoming staff in reception and bar. Clean room apart from Tons of spiders we had to let free outside upon arrival, and large cobwebs above the bed on wall. It’s fine, we are in the countryside i get it, but maybe a keen eye needed for these things before guests check in. Especially around the entrance door frame. The stand out thing for us was the pool facilities. Wow, a proper swimming pool and everything is SO CLEAN and well maintained, we loved it! Staff didn’t know about bus services. But Saturday night we took the bus into Ledbury and even got the last bus home from Ledbury at 11pm and the bus stop is the entrance of the drive way into the hotel! So convenient and a lot cheaper than paying taxis, maybe hotel could mention this somewhere so other guests not wishing to drive know that the bus to Ledbury or Hereford is on the door step. We stayed 2 nights and only had breakfast on the first morning, while the staff were all very hospitable and friendly the service was chaotic, tables have no number system so food coming out of the kitchen ended up going to wrong tables .. we just had continental breakfast, fresh fruits were lovely, portions massive, however the pastries not edible as they were pre-fab out of packets and not fresh. Maybe we should have tried the full English instead? Anyway overall a very pleasant experience, lovely location and buildings and outdoor areas all very well maintained…

Stayed on night, room clean and comfortable, staff friendly - showing us the facilities on offer. Breakfast was continental and included in price, but fully cooked English is available and is excellent. We had to be elsewhere early morning but were able to come back to pack and have breakfast. Would stay again if in area

We stayed here whilst visiting friends in the area, the room was large and clean with a shower over the bath. The website states that a continental breakfast is included however a cooked breakfast is also available. Both delicious. Beautiful location. staff friendly. Would recommend, you can also use the facilities pool etc.

We stayed for 2 nights and booked out all rooms for ourselves and guests since we were getting married locally at bredenbury court and they really went above and beyond. Mandy who I first spoke to earlier this year to visit was brilliant, great communication and made the whole process very easy. The place itself was immaculately kept with large rooms, great spa and golf facilities that kept all guests entertained the day before the wedding. I honestly can't thank Mandy and the whole team enough for everything.

I booked an overnight stay at the Alexander Park Resort with my husband, daughter and 20 month old granddaughter. We were really impressed with our rooms which were spacious, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mandy, who literally couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable band pleasant. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and were were able to make use of the leisure facilities before we left.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Last minute decision to go for Sunday lunch last week. We were lucky to be able to have a table for 5.
The staff were very welcoming and efficient.
Our orders were taken promptly, and the choice was good.
Our meals were very tasty, and piping hot. A selection of deserts were available, but only two of us had them, as the meals themselves were of a good size.
We will definitely go back.

Perfect 3 night stay, accommodation and complex extremely clean and well presented. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. Mandy front of house very knowledge of area. Jess beautician is amazing and best masseuse I have ever experienced. Due to having coeliac disease I am always wary of eating out or going away BUT Kim the chef caters for gluten free and is fully aware of allergens and cross contamination. I had not concerns or worries perfect stay...
