How you react to this place will depend on you! My husband found it to be charming and cozy, whereas I felt claustrophobic amidst the clutter of kitschy trinkets. We agreed on the adjective "quirky" -- staying here is memorable, unlike boring homogenized hotel rooms. The owners are serious and dour but give attentive service and provide a delicious extensive... More

If you like cleanliness , quirkiness and rules and regulations , then this is the place for you ! Well situated for beaches , old fashioned historical wooden house , no views except of fish factory opposite! but nice garden , some rooms have ensuite , otherwise you have do the olfd boarding house dash for the bathroom! The hosts invited us to join them for coffee one evening with other guests which was very pleasant and you were welcome to sit in the sitting room whenever you wished. The only downside was that we had to... More

We arrived early, but had sent a previous email to ask if it would be ok to drop our bags (as check in is not allowed until... More

We spent four days in Skagen and stayed at Finn's Pension Hotel, which we found to be an excellent choice. The hotel has a pleasant sitting room for the guests, where you find the daily newspaper and lots of books. There is a lovely garden. You walk easaly to the beach or to the museums. The breakfast is something to... More

Stayed here during a two day sales meeting with work. Finn's Pension is full of charm and very cosy. There are no modern ameneties but this is not something you are looking for in Skagen. The entire house is full of antique trinkets, books, paintings, artifacts etc. The reading room is incredible to be in and very comfortable. The hotel... More
