I want to tell you all how nice this place is.. Many times you tell yourself, "oh well you get what you pay for", in a bad way.. But in this case it's in a really good way. It's clean, well taken care off and located near the Centre of Skagen... Outside you have a basketball court. And some climbing... More

Had a nice stay with some friends. Breakfast buffet is good and they also have a nice basketball court and you can borrow balls. However, check-in time is very limited, only 1 or 2 hours a day so make sure to know check in hours. Close to Skagen centrum, takes about 20-30 min to walk there and it's a nice... More

We had 2 family rooms (4+4 beds) and found them clean and well-functioning, just what we needed. Breakfast wasn't luxurious, but we didn't want that either.. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hostel was close to everywhere we wanted to visit.

We had a family room with a private bathroom. Rooms are quite spacious for a hostel, and it is very clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable for bunk beds. We were on the ground floor, and as it was very hot, I would have liked some kind of security device on the windows, so that it were possible to let some... More

Danhostel is what the youthhostles in Denmark has become: A budget hotel for families. This is good since Denmark lacks budget hotels for families. The Danhostel Skagen is, however, not a very good hostel: The good first: The rooms and the rest of the hostel were clean, the ground is nice and the location is OK. The room is, however,... More

We had a room ( Room A9 ) with two pairs of bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. Plenty of space overall and a good flow of water in the shower. Quiet surroundings overall About a 20 to 25 minute walk from Skagen station if you have a backpack. There are taxis around if required.

Stayed here with some friends from Brazil. It was a very cheap place, we had a dobbel room for 450 danisk kroner for 1 night. With a bathroom. You had to pay for towels, linnen and breakfast.
