We booked this site through the Club. The WiFi did not work all the time we were there. The supermarket was closed. The receptionists were totally uninterested in anything and not very helpful. We had a small problem and had to book off 2 nights early. Your electric cable is plugged in by the site staff and they have to unplug it when you leave. When I asked the receptionist to get someone to unplug us all she kept saying is “you pay first”. This is despite the fact we had paid several weeks in advance !!. She couldn’t be arsed to check the screen and see that we had paid. I wasn’t asking for or expecting any refund or anything like that. We won’t be back 😢

We stayed for 3 nights and found this campsite excellent value for money. The facilities are very good and everything is laid out very well. The toilets and showers are immaculately clean. The staff are super friendly and all work very hard. The pool is fantastic too.

We spent just one night there. The camping was quite packed in the end of august but that's normal for a tiny camping in such turistic place. Above all there is not so much shadow but the worst was the ground, very hard made of small stones, as they give you the opportunity to buy special big nails just for 1 euro. The Best thing was the discount they gave us when we left.

A beautiful, clean, well equipped and AMAZINGLY friendly staffed site I will definitely come back to
I spent 3 nights here and LOVED it. Also I am an idiot and thereore forgot my water tank cap and keyset (VERY) important to me) and they shipped it to Gramny free of charge. Love the pool (by the way best music selection EVER), loved the staff, loved the location. Will spned the winter here.

Site had very good facilities which were kept clean. An excellent restaurant serving food and drinks at reasonable prices. Would give this site 5* had it not been for the wi fi which was certainly not 'state of the art' as advertised and the small pitches.

packed in nose to tail.worse than a car park even though we paid for two adjacent plots. wi fi was down more than it was working.dutch neighbours didnt help with their selfish attitude, so boxed in we couldnt get our water tanks out to empty. wont ever come back here again

Beautiful location within the Ria Formosa reserve. The club has all one could need on a family vacation, from various pools and outside spaces to live entertainment through the day. The apartments are spacious and clean and provide balconies with a seaview where you can eat or relax. The club provides free boat rides to its private beach. Some surrounding spaces look a bit abandoned and are in need of some attention. Also i didn't find the beds very confortable. Good value for money.

We have just spent 3 months here we were welcomed and given our chosen site it was a double pitch as we booked through the camping and caravan club. We were not really happy with the choice too close to a tree no sunlight so asked to be moved - no problem the staff gave us other choices so we moved to one more suitable as we were staying a long while. The toilets were very clean but just one thing to remember they do not provide toilet roll this is the first time we have ever found this so worth noting be prepared! It seems as if a lot of people are regular visitors here as many people knew each other - it's a very quiet site we only had one noisy night on a Saturday with neighbours there for a Saturday night who were local. The Internet is very on and off abit annoying but…

I am addicted to this stretch of Eastern Algarve, and it never fails to please me, with its simple, calm, natural beauty. I only come “out of season” so I only have those quiet winter months to go on.. but for me that is a perfect time to walk, soak up the relaxing natural charms and just feel my whole being slow down and leave all the huddle and bustle of my English lifestyle fade away.. bliss! Especially nice just coming out from Tavira on the ferry - you can only access this place by boat - and then walking out to and along the long golden beach. Have not stayed at the camping park, as it is always closed whenever I have been on the Island, (February.. April.. October..) but I would guess it’s pretty special place to stay with your family in those busier - far hotter -…

We stay at this campsite every winter (for the last 10 years) It has everything that you would need for a carefree winter holiday. The (hardstanding) pitches are large and level. Each pitch has a 16Amp Electricity hook up. The toilets and showers are kept lovely and clean and there is always plenty of hot water available. There is also full laundry facilities including washing machines (and dryers) plus hand washing facilities. The staff are all very freindly and helpful. The reception staff are all multi lingual. The onsite restaurant is pleasant and economical. Its a site that we have no hesitation in recommending. Locally there are train and bus services and the coast is a 10minute walk away.
