Unique and outstanding B&B. Glennis and Gary made us feel like old friends and we felt truly welcomed into their home. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and we were provided with lots of extras including fudge, home made biscuits and even Christmas cake! All very yummy! Breakfast was a real highlight with homemade bread, muffins and jams. More importantly it...

Gary and Glennys are lovely and caring hosts and their B&B in Picton has all what you are looking for. The breakfast is all self made and really tasty. It is really worth staying more than one night in Picton (we did 3) to experience Marlborough Sounds + Queen Charlotte Track (a must do in NZ with stunning views and...

We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights with Gary and Glenys. They are so accommodating and have a passion for entertaining. Glenys makes a beautiful breakfast, all home made goodies ranging from muesli to jams to bread and muffins. It's just like staying with family. Their knowledge of the area is second to none and are so very helpful....

We were there for one night and had an early ferry. It is a short walk to the Interislander terminal but too long a walk to the Blue ridge terminal with luggage. They kindly arranged for a shuttle ($10) for us to catch an early morning ferry. They also packed us breakfast to go.

Almost 3 years ago I got off the ferry at Picton to drive to Dunedin in a move from Wellington to Dunedin. Almost 3 years later, this time, a friend and myself decide to do some traveling to catch up with each other as we lived in different parts of the world. I in NZ and she in Singapore. As...

I stayed two nights with Glenys and Gary just after the earthquake in Kaikoura. I had intended to drive along the coastal road to Picton via Kaikoura. Undaunted I took the road inland via Arthur's Pass and Murchison. The drive was absolutely beautiful and a lovely way to start my holiday. When I arrived they were most welcoming and the...

Three of us stayed after a four day hike along the Queen Charlotte track. Our hosts were absolutely delightful and made us feel so welcome. Gary even went out of his way to pick us up in the pouring rain from the water taxi dock. Truly, a sweet couple and a very nice place.

My friends and I stayed here for one night after finishing the Queen Charlotte Track. It was a wonderful and relaxing stay, perfect for resting up sore feet! The proprietors, Glennys and Gary, are delightful and very attentive. It was pouring rain the day we ended our trek, and Gary came to pick us up at the town pier so...

After Queen Charlotte's Sound Trek I knew i wanted a nice place to chill out one night before heading to the North Island. The proprietors knew they might not be back from Christchurch prior to my arrival and were kind enough to leave my key with Marlborough Adventures. The room was top rate, The continental breakfast more than excellent with...

Our room was perfect: view over the marina and Malborough Sound waters beyond. Our wonderful hosts, Glenis and Gary had thought of everything: not only in the appointments in the bedroom and ensuite, but in the adjacent lounge/TV/refreshments room - right down to home-cooked choc chip cookies (that kept getting replenished) and a complimentary Sauv Blanc. Glenis is a wonderful...
