The owner and staff are unfriendly; especially Yolanda. Nobody really cares or welcomes you. in a B&B I expect more friendliness, otherwise I can go to a hotel as well. The breakfast terrace was nice. Rooms are big, but not cozy. I did not enjoy it.

The house is very nice, location is great but we had couple of problems... Yolanda was very nice to me and my boyfriend but her husband was very impolite and even in occasions very rude to us. He seemed to be annoyed by the presence of guests and any request from Yolanda for him to help with something was seemed...

We stayed at Yolanda's checking in for the same night and she gave us one of the three rooms at the ground floor. We stayed there for three nights. The location is impressive, but the room didn't seem to be so clean... During the night we had a little mouse in the room in fact (the building is old and...

We arrived late in the night at Trinidad, and Yolanda and her husband were waiting for us with dinner ready. The house is huge, filled with objects from different ages and places of the world. In the first night, we stayed in bedroom #4, which is in the back, next to the Yemayá "temple". It was a big room, and...

We stayed for what was supposed to be 2 nights. We showed up on day 1 to be told our room had been given away, even tho we had booked 2 months before, then confirmed a week before and said we would be turning up fairly late. We found another Casa around the corner to stay at. On the second...

Excellent casa, great service, perfect loaction right outside the bus station, lovely decor. Fantastic large room with terrace. Great breakfast. Only slight issue was getting woken up by a cockerel every night from about 4am at regular intervals and then by a bit of street noise from about 7am but that wouldn't stop us going back!

Spend 4 days exploring Trinidad from this casa colonial situated directly opposite the side entrance to the viazul bus station. The room was fantastic athough getting bags and backpacks up the 20 odd stair spiral staircase was fun. Looking from the huge covered roof terrace it was clear that many other terraces couldn't be used when ever it was too...
