By some dint of fortune, I was booked into this Casa Particulares (excuse the rotten spelling, Spanish NOT my strong suit) and was treated like absolute royalty by Reinier and his lovely family & staff. I felt safe and secure as a solo (and elderly) female traveller, extremely happy in my room with own bathroom. The breakfasts were over the... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Moro's. We were traveling with the family, and we loved the casa, breakfast and dinners. We liked that the casa is not in the center, so that you can get a better grasp of Trinidad. It was also super easy to access by car. The casa is beautiful with the rooftop terrace and... More

We stayed 2 nights at Hostal El Morro and we had a great stay! The rooms are well equiped and clean. The host and his family are very kind and helpfull. They prepare delicious food: breakfast and dinner. Possible to park your car in their garage. 10 min from the city center by foot. Go there and enjoy your stay!!

I stayed at this casa for two nights in September 2014. El Moro was a great host and the food was really good. The rooms were also very clean and so were the bathrooms. I would definitely go back. Thank you so much!

The night before he guided me thru the city Colonial area. I noticed that everybody know el moro specially older people,he is very humble. When I asked for a good place to... More

Host is really friendly and helpfull when needed. Rooms are good, nothing bad I can think about, has airco and a fan. A bit further walk from town centre, but still within a 10 min. walk. Liked best: the friendliness of the host Liked least: Trinidad itself, a tourist hotspot, probably because of the nice reviews in the guidebooks??

A nice, cosy house, extremely friendly landlord, very good and rich cuisine. Some 500m from the city centre, it is possible to park the car at a neighbour's garage. Renier simply enjoys providing good service and likes his guest being happy. Definitely the best private accomodation I have had during my recent two stays in Cuba.
