I just spent a great few days with a bunch of nice french people at Villa Guajimico, at an ucpa (ucpa.com) week. Villa Guajimico is quiet location approx 40 km from Trinidad and Cienfuegos. Excellent for larger groups, (families, bikers, divers) great sea water pool, bar and restaurant. Local village restaurant is a 5 minute walk away, with excellent food....

I stayed at Guajimico Campimso for one night. The area is amazingly beautiful with limstone cliffs and a tranquil bay which was excellent for snorkling. The whole area was surrounded by natural beauty but unfortunately my experience of the hotel it's self was terrible. The price of the rooms had doubled in a year to 40cuc a night which isn't...

If you are looking for clean accommodations, beautiful views, caves to explore and snorkelling then this is the place for you! The food is what you would expect in Cuba as well. I have been to 5* properties and the food is as good here as at any 5* in Cuba! The room was satisfactory - clean, comfy bed, everything...

If you like a quiet place away from the city, the sound of waves coming ashore, lush green surroundings, great snorkeling and diving and are not too picky about luxury accomodation, then this place is a little paradise set in a small bay with big crabs running about everywhere. The cabin style hotel has a salt water swimming pool, a...

Like most visitors visiting Villa Guajimico we were in transit to Trinidad and therefore only stayed one night. My wife and I were very impressed by the location and took many pictures. Unfortunately that was the only pleasing aspect of the whole stay. The rooms are obviously in need of urgent renovation, the air condition was so deafening, we had...

Stayed at Villa Guajimico overnight here on the way to Trinidad with a group of about 20 of us. The villas are in off the main road and ends at a lovely little bay with a little sandy beach that opens out to the sea. The reception is small and the staff are very pleasant. there are about 50 little...

We were here on a family tour and one night was this stop. Pleased to have separate bungalows though the stairs could be difficult for some also considering any luggage. The pool was nice to have though clearly all the physical plant needs work. The food was very average in my opinion and not as good as some we had...

The location is really nice although there is not a real good beach. The swimming is good, you can make a strenuous walk ;-) to some caves. The small bungalows are pleasant are showing their age. The restaurant serves decent food. Certainly good enough for a overnight stop as we did. Could be a nice jumping of point for visits...

We stayed here one night on an over-night excursion to Trinidad. I was only expecting something basic and was delighted when we arrived. A beautiful location, the little bungalows we stayed in were clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely overlooking the sea. The food wasn't anything special but as we were only staying for one night it was...

Hubby and I were there for 2 nights as we were part of a kayaking group (Cuba Kayak Adventures). This is a very colorful villa nestled in the mountains and over looking the water. The staff is very friendly especially the activities director Meylin! I had the best pork shoulder.....I'm still drooling! The hiking trip into the caves and down...
