Reagan is very close - taxi about $25. Dulles is close $80. Never tried Baltimore.

This hotel is downtown DC, so all museums, historic landmarks and attractions are within walking distance. It’s not necessarily the closest to all of the things to do, but DC is a very walk friendly city. The metro is also nearby to get to attractions that are further out like Arlington National Cemetery.

Ask the hotel directly. If I had to guess, I'd think they want you to be over 21.

"Rooms go around the outside of the hotel with a middle area that's open, in case you aren't interested in walking."
"I prefer rooms that have a view of the city/street. Many rooms face the interior lobby in a stack."
"Our room facing the street (rather than the courtyard) was quiet & clean."
"rooms on the highest floor are quieter."
"If you want a quieter room, ask for one that does not face the atrium."
