I have stayed here several times and have always been pleased. The room rates do change widely depending on the events in DC. This is a small hotel that is crisp in design and function. While the rooms are small they are very pleasing and the bed is comfortable.. on the firm side. The hotel is fresh. The adjacent restaurant...

Stayed here overnight for a work meeting so I can't really comment/complain about the price, which on this night was unusually high. This is a hotel my company uses frequently and it's not always that high so they must have been almost sold out or something. I'm rarely at a hotel for business but this time I was. The room...

All hotels in Washington were very expensive the week I was planning to stay and I chose this one as it was not far from my meeting place there. I arrived late at night as United had lost my luggage and the front desk had no ammenity kits available for shaving to replace. The room was not really clean and...

Checked in early (2am) on April 10th, night auditor's computer didn't work(or so I was told), was told available room was 450 but could get it for 299 as he was "doing me a favor." As this was an unplanned stay and after midnight, the option to order online was not there. I accepted the room, he charged my card,...

Stayed one night for a business trip. Staff was very helpful and cheerful, everyone from the doorman to the lady making and serving cookies. Check in was a breeze and check-in/desk staff again, very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean with the small exception of some dirt on the window sill. The room was a bit noisy being located on...

We visited our son and his girlfriend in Washington, D.C. for the Easter weekend. The Courtyard at Embassy Row proved to be an excellent base for our activities, both around DuPont Circle and on towards the Mall.

We had a wonderful stay after a few things were figured out. The couple we came with to Washington DC had paid for our rooms ahead, and had been told they would have a first floor room. Due to health reasons, this was a concern. When the four of us got there, no available room on first floor. They were...

I stayed in January at this hotel and was happily surprised how wonderful my experience was. The hotel is in great location. It's a walking distance to the White House, Dupont Circle and other attractions. But what makes it stand out from the other hotels was how the staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay...

I stayed there from December 7th to 12th of 2014. It is my second time in DC and this is by far the best hotel! Front desk staff were extremely helpful, housecleaning and the porters! Such excellent customer service and the room was great!
