Great location close to everything and that's the only reason I choose to stay there. The rooms are very old. There is a bar below, so it gets noisy. People hang outside past midnight, and that can get loud.

The room needs significant maintenance. A large section of wallpaper near the window is literally falling off. The paint is cracked and peeling. Large sections of paint have fallen off ceilings and baseboards. I’ve seen abandoned buildings in better condition than this.
