Nice hotel, good reception and porterage. Rooms well appointed and comfortable beds. The bar service is a little disappointing as is the early last orders call. Overall worth a visit. Perhaps the biggest selling point is it's location next to the lovely restaurants and bars of Georgetown.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nicely appointed room. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Newly renovated spa. Didn't use it on this visit, but have used it before, and it is wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

What a lovely hotel with an amazing front line team. From the moment that you walk in, the service is immaculate and attentive. However, the bar is absolutely avoidable. When I sat at the bar full of about 4-6 persons, it took the bartender about 15minutes to ask me what I would like to drink. Getting food was the next...

The Ritz-Carlton delivered an exquisite experience. Truly made us feel as though we were the guests of honor. Terrific Georgetown location with great dining options within walking distance. Quaint and picturesque neighborhood with all that DC has to offer, right next door. Will definitely stay again if in Georgetown.

Well run and lovely unique architecture. All of the staff we encountered were extremely attentive and helpful. Beautifully appointed suite which exceeded our expectations. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer. Will definitely return AND for a longer stay. Management here is an A+.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated as a treasured guest who had been coming for years and this was my first visit. I felt at home and well taken care of during my entire stay. The location is wonderful: close to shops and restaurants but not on a major street so the rooms are quiet....

The staff were very warm and friendly and the hotel has a casual vibe which we liked. We...
