Was put on a Animal friendly floor without knowledge and the rooms smelled like dogs and DOGS BARKED all through out the night. To the point I couldn't sleep. AWFUL !!!!!! I had to call the front desk 5 times on the first night there and they could do nothing about the huge dog barking next door to me every...

as mentioned earlier: do not use plastic/ papaer dished in the restaurant, please. Service was very friendly, however the computer system did not work several times. Close to the center, nice surroundings, we enjoyed our stay!

The room was average type. No big deal paid 200.00 a night. I was blown away at the price to park where I should have tried parking on the street. Then they wanted to charge me 20.00 a day for internet, gym, pool, coffee maker after I paid 58.00 hotel recovery fee whatever that means.

The hotel staff were all great, service was almost excellent. The restaurant offers the best pasta menu and the chef cooked the scallops so perfectly, it was heaven! I was assigned a room with a great view, but to my horror, there was no refrigerator in my room. My yogurt breakfast spoiled, had to be thrown in the garbage, and...

This was going to be a one star review, but the way their hotel management handled my complaint and concerns went above and beyond my expectations and showed their true colors of customer service. I woke up one morning to find water leaking from my room ceiling, and a subsequent flood. The second room they placed me in had a...

Location was awesome, 5 min. or less walk to Metro, in a vibrant, fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby. Dinner at Kramerbooks across the street from Metro was convenient after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast in the hotel was pricey but good- try the sausage. Hotel staff helpful and efficient. Room was comfortable, especially the bed. Heating unit...

Very close to metro station and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. The room was very comfortable and nicely done, clean and updated. Carpet should be cleaned. Heating system was loud but we just turned it of.

Good location near DuPont Circle, Funky and fun décor. Good sized sleeping rooms. Decent gym. Noise proofing between rooms could be improved. Food and bar service is sparse, but adequate. Service was hit or miss depending on the person, but in general pretty good.

The hotel and staff were excellent, my only concern was that the hotel caters to a certain group and this was not publically introduced until after we arrived. As a party was held in a commons area for a pro lesbian group, it would have been nice to know ahead of time so that children would not have been exposed....
