Very friendly, accommodating staff. The door man even found three umbrellas for us when the weather turned. He saved the night! We did find parking off site as it was $50 a night. This location is close to downtown and M Street restaurants/shopping. We usually Ubered out and walked back with absolutely no problems. We went to the monuments and...

This is a nice, well-kept hotel, very close to the Watergate and the Kennedy Center. It could use some updating, but overall it's a good place to stay, very close to the Foggy Bottom metro, so very convenient.

Used this for a one night stay to visit Georgetown University hospital nearby. Arrived late and left early so have to reserve some judgement. It's got a tight entrance if you have a car and you'll need to valet park more than likely (another $47). Very small lobby and the bar closes fairly early. The rooms are fine we used...

Great hotel at an incredibly convenient location. Very clean, friendly staff. The view from my room was of Kennedy Center which was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Cute entrance. Older hotel, which I like, bigger rooms. The only two negatives were that the WiFi was not secured, which left me uncomfortable doing any online banking, etc...; and the room...

Wife found this property on the Kennedy Center recommendation list and they were spot on. The location was perfectly centered for everything we wanted to do. Less than 10 minutes from Reagan International. One block from the Metro and less than 3 from the Kennedy Center. We walked from the Natural History Museum to the Lincoln Memorial then to our...

The staff in this hotel were very friendly and helpful! (The receptionist had great recommendations for dining locations in the area.) The room was very cozy and was well-kept. The furniture is perhaps a little out-dated; however, it was all very well cared for and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

I was very pleased with the room - the kitchenette was a nice feature. The bathroom was nice but if you are a highly discerning traveler you would say it needs an upgrade. Couch was on the saggy side but it was a pull out which is nice if you need it.

This was a very quiet, cozy inn located across the street from a Residence Inn. Enjoyed the chilled water and warm cookies/fruit bowl at reception after a long, late night train ride. Had a comfortable and clean room, good-sized shower with tub, with a refrigerator and microwave in a separate section by the bathroom. Was a pleasant neighborhood to walk...

I came to DC to spend NYE with some friends, and found this hotel on Trip Advisor. It was a good value, although I thought I had booked a king efficiency suite, but was given a regular double room. I didn't bring it to their attention, as was fine with the double. It did have a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker...
