We stayed at the Renaissance over the Thanksgiving holidays. The room was spacious with lots of lighting giving it a very welcoming feeling, the beds were comfy, housekeeping did a wonderful job... what more can I wish for? This was our first time staying at a Marriott (not sure this was just an acquisition or a "true" Marriott), but if... More

Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, everything I expect from a Renaissance. The elevators here are very inefficient and quite a nuisance (could use an upgrade). The front desk is friendly and the hotel lobby is extravagant - lots of places to sit and relax and get work done.

This hotel chain I know how high-quality and comfortable. But this hotel was not very high quality. It is located in the center, to the White House about 15-minute walk. Around a lot of paid parking, which is free on weekends. Beds in the room comfortable. The room has a coffee maker. There are no robes or slippers. For coffee... More

I would love to rate this as 4.5 stars. It is great in lots of dimensions and is a good alternative to the JW Marriott or Willard Intercontinental just a short distance way. Check-in was great—the clerk was friendliest and most efficient I have seen and I felt very welcomed as a gold member. I wish I remembered his name.... More

This hotel is in a very nice location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping you can walk to pretty quickly. The hotel was clean and very well kept and priced accordingly. I attended a function held at the hotel and the food and service was good, so hopefully that is an indication of the food from room service. The... More

The hotel is perfectly situated to the convention center. The rooms are very ordinary but clean and adequately furnished. This is a very expensive hotel. The breakfast buffet was extremely expensive and very mediocre ( come on guys $25 for STALE bagel!).

This is my second time staying at this Renaissance in the heart of D.C. So many things within walking distance including numerous restaurants and very high end stores. The hotel itself is right on brand with the other Renaissance hotels I have stated in. The lobby is always packed with people and the bar gets pretty full at night, not... More

The hotel is lovely although not grand. It has great conference facilities below. It was very comfortable and modern. The concierge rooms provided access to a very nice lounge which was well stocked and included a hot breakfast in the morning.

Thank Janet P
