We stayed here for 2 nights. All in all it was really good. The staff was really nice. The grounds were kept up very well. The pool was almost as warm as I usually like. The only real issue we had was that the wifi kept disconnecting, I think because we were far away from the office due to the... More

While I was looking for hotel rates for my visit to Scottsdale in March, I remembered that KOA has the small cabins, and wow, what a savings over the hotel costs. The online reservation was quick and easy with a small deposit, and check in was a breeze. The staff at Apache Trail KOA was A+, and the facilities are... More

We stayed at this KOA for 9 days. We were in direct sun the entire time and asked to move to a different site, we were told it was 100 % booked which it was not. I didn't realized there was a weekly rate and asked for it on day 7. I was told I had to ask for the... More

I have stayed a dozens of KOA's around the USA. The total lack of customer service at this KOA would make me rethink my KOA membership. The sites are so out of level, I could not get my Class A to not point downhill - even with my hydraulic leveling jacks atop of two wooden 3" planks. When I complained... More

Been to this KOA RV park before and liked it enough to come back. It's conveniently located at the east side of Apache Junction, close to the Superstitions, the desert, and town. This visit however showed a lack of maintenance, a broken pool, many of the plants/cactus had been removed, and the "workers" seemed confused about most questions.

Stayed here because of an appointment at East Valley RV for a repair which is a great place. The park is about 2 miles off the interstate. Site was decent size. There was no cable and the TV reception was horrible. Staff was good. They were closed from noon till four but had my info taped to the door. But... More

Very bad experience. First thing in the morning one of the staff came over and said my dogs were unattended, I was 20 feet away from where they were chained up, talking to my daughter. Then he said the dogs had s**t in the space next to us and I need to clean it up. Not a good way to... More

We were on a road trip and stayed at this KOA (and several others). At the Apache Junction KOA we decided to stay in a cabin due to the heat and possibility of storms. (Had been staying in our tent at other KOA locations. I must say this was by far the cleanest KOA we came across. The pool was... More

The KOA staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed in a water/electric ten site. Seemed like some of the electric popped a fuse but we still has one that worked. There are no fire pits at sits and tent sites shared a portable grill. Pool was a good temperature. Bathrooms seemed clean and well kept.

We hadnt wanted to stay in a mobile home park in Phoenix area, so chose this KOA. It was OK, though a long ways from the city. Freeways took care of most of that. Place was clean though definitely older. Pool looked nice. Lost Dutchman State park is pretty close and would be more of a camping experience.
