This place was THE worst motel i have stayed in my life. Not only is it in a bad area. I walked into my room and there was blood stains in the carpet, on the wall, and all over the bed. It looked like a murder scene! I asked for my money back and the mean girl in the front...

My family was looking for a cheap place to stay and we found it. The rooms are big and clean except for the mattresses. They were dirty. The shuttle service to Disneyland was great! $3 for a day pass and the shuttle runs every 20 minutes with a very short ride. The hotel is not within walking distance to the...

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I booked a room online through the hotel's own website. When I went to go cancel since I found a closer and better hotel to Disneyland, there was no way to cancel online, and you have to call their 800 number. I called, and the rep said I had...

We stayed at the Inn at the end of July for 3 nights. Considering there was a convention in town and this was one of the only places I could find, it served its purpose. We had a room with two beds, supposedly queens, but more like doubles and a roll-a-way ($10.00 a night). Since we came to go to...

Hotel advertises itself as "2 blocks from the park"....but actually the park ENTRANCE is a 5-minute busride away. Hotel also has the Disney Good Neighbor logo on their website, but they are NOT a member of the Good Neighbor program. We forgot a camera in the room, and staff and management REFUSED to ship it back to us, even if...

This hotel isn't fancy, but it was clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The front desk was extremely helpful in assisting with an overnight package delivery. They even offered to store our bags while we did a last minute Disneyland visit before heading to the airport. Highly recommended if you are on a tight budget. I'd stay here...

My husband insisted on staying here even tho I told him about all the terrible reviews. The water turns from boiling hot to freezing cold in the shower. The room smelled, the mattresses did not have a fitted sheet & looked like someone had been murdered on them. When I told the lady at the front desk this, she just...

When we called around to check rates on hotels that could accommodate our group of 9, we were told on at least two separate occasions that this hotel had "a free shuttle to Disneyland, two blocks away." Surprise of all surprises when we arrived, not only was the hotel actually FOUR blocks away, but the shuttle wasn't free, either. Their...

When I walked in the lobby, a family was arguing with the staff about a incorrect reservation. When it was finally my turn to check-in our reservation was also wrong. They tried to double book me and then tried to seperate us into 4 different rooms, on different floors, when we only needed the family suite. They expected me to...

Consider yourself warned! This hotel had bugs in the bed, the carpets were filthy, and the bed had springs popping out of it. The mattress was very old and dirty. Outside our room someone had vomited, and it was never cleaned. We had to move to another hotel, and it was a big hasel to get a refund.
