This is a "new" independent hotel that was formerly a Ramada Inn. From the website and from the street, it's cool, hip and fresh. But other than the killer 5th floor rooftop bar (which is better suited for Vegas than Disneyland), the rooms have not been touched and still look/feel/smell like a 1980s Ramada Inn. I stayed here for the...

We booked online and cancelled right away. We never got cancellation number but their online system kept telling us that the reservation was cancelled. But they still charged us double. When contacted manager he asked for cancellation number. I told we dont have and he said he wont return our money. I cant believe he could do that. I asked...

Good location for the convention centre and Disney. Rooms are average - looking rather tired. We were initially given a room overlooking the stairwell which was very dark and dingy. The staff could not have been more helpful when I requested a different, brighter room. Our second room was identical to the first, but a little brighter, at least. The...

The Grand Legacy is a great hotel to stay at especially when visiting Disneyland. It is a short walk to the parks and there are restaurants so close if you don't want to eat at the park. The staff are friendly, rooms are nice and the breakfast is pretty good. There jut isn't a lot of room in the breakfast...

Was here for a convention. The hotel strives for hipness but ends up as a fleabag. Rooftop bar never stops the music. The rooms are small, dimly lit and filthy. Staff is rude. In a city with few truly good mid-priced hotels, this one is a must to avoid.

This was the old Ramada maingate. Deluxe room was "ok" , the water pressure was minimal for both sink and shower. Stains on the chairs which I cant stand to see cause who knows what they are from. I just dont like seeing that, they need to replace them if they are stained. Its not good to see. Staff were...

I've stayed in quite a few of the motels around Disneyland, so I know what to expect. I've even stayed at the Grand Legacy at the Park before when it was a Ramada property- I enjoyed that stay even though the building was under construction, so I came back. This experience was really sub-par. Service: Check-in and check-out were fine,...

I've stayed at a LOT of properties around Disneyland; this is the first and last time we will stay here. Proximity to the park is a plus, but rooms are basic, there's not enough parking for cars, and this is nothing more than a huge, overpriced motel that charges extra for parking (free elsewhere) and has internet service that makes...

The location was perfect. The rest of the experience was horrible. Pubic hair in the shower and on the bathroom walls. Hair in the bedding. Mascara on the mirror. Water rings on the nightstand. All surfaces felt dirty. We stayed for 4 nights and took at least 2 cold showers. The power went out twice. Yes, you read that right;...

The location is amazing!!! 5 minutes and your are walking into the park! Just returned from a 4 night stay. The hotel is very nice and clean and recently remodeled. Unfortunately we were in the room directly below the rooftop bar. The music was so loud it sounded like a live band was in our room! Thankfully we were so...
