The location is this hotel's best asset. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, a bar, the bus station, and across the street from the ocean. We stayed in room 24 and it was an ocean view room with great wifi reception, flat screen tv, and ac. The accommodations were clean. Minor complaint: only 2 towels. No hand towels, washcloths,...

I'd like to start by saying I've read several of the "negative" reviews submitted. Some folks wouldn't be satisfied no matter where they stayed or how little they were charged. So, with that out of the way, I'll start by saying that the Mirador Hotel is one of the older buildings in beautiful Corozal Town. With any "older" building there...

Wow, where to start? As we entered the room there was a terrible odor, then I realized it was coming from the bathroom. I had to clean the shower because it had some hairs and soap scum everywhere. It wasn't until I took a shower, and was literally standing in ankle deep water, that I realized the odor was coming...

Thank You for staying with us, its unfortunate that your stay was not content. You could have reported it to the front desk and our staff willingly would have changed the room. Glad your air condition rooms was working great.

...which may be the tallest in Corozal. The rooftop patio is nice, and central location in Corozal helps (though everything is close by here). Friendly staff and clean rooms with hot water. Very close to the water taxi dock, breakfast available.

I stayed here for one night while passing thru Corozal town. My single room was clean, well organised, and had a good, but not particularly impressive view of the sea. Rooms on a higher floor probably had better views. Aside from being a 10 minute walk from the bus terminal and facing the bay, the helpfulness of the staff was...

In a good location with a great area on the roof to chill, those are the good points. I think it needs an overhaul though. Dripping taps in the shower, dirty floors and a strange smell from an undisclosed source I am still trying to find make me know I wouldn't come back again. The staff are lovely though. I...

On the whirlwind tour of the Yucatan and Belize we stayed at nine hotels in 16 nights. This was the only one I was worried about due to the TA reviews. Upon arrival we found the desk staff to be very helpful, the rooms to be clean, the A/C cold and the shower hot. That's all we needed as we...

The Mirador is located across Corozal's 1st Street South from the Bay. The hotel is adequate and relatively comfortable. The rooms are a bit small and crowded but some are air conditioned and should be requested.

I had stayed at this hotel earlier in the year, and despite the fact that my room was very old and borderline-dirty, I gave it a second chance. This time around, there was nothing "borderline" about the filthiness of the room. The sheets had multiple stains on them, as did the pillow cases. The bedding generally seemed unwashed. There were...
