Not a lot of choices in Orange Walk. This was a good choice. Clean, well priced. Bed a bit hard. Friendly, helpful staff. Good recommendations for trip to Lamani and eating around town. Probably won't visit Orange Walk again, but if we did would stay again.

This hotel and the town in general has a distinct 'small town' feel. Having said that, the room was acceptable. One big downside was the bedding which I was not comfortable with. There did not seem to be a mattress cover and no duvet or blanket either. I turned off the AC and slept on top of the bed. The...

Pros: Clean room.. has frig and coffee pot, great breakfast (not included), friendly owner, helpful staff, nicely decorated lobby, Small Con: towels need updating and could use better shower heads.. other than these 2 issues ...Would definitely stay there again

We stayed 3 nights here and would have been happy to stay many more. The "premium" room in the back (105) was excellent. It was comfortable, cute, and had a great bathroom with huge shower and actual water pressure! You have to walk down a fairly steep driveway to get back there, but it was no problem for us and...

Hats off to you Teri! We Belizeans love carbs. Happy to hear you liked the fried jacks for breakfast. They're not for the faint hearted! Lol

Our group of 24 stayed here 4 nights while doing a medical mission in the area. The rooms were very clean and made up every morning. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. We had a different hot breakfast every morning which was very good. There is a nice area in the lobby with coffee each morning and...

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with cold A/C. A pleasant surprise in the heart of Orange Walk. Breakfast every morning was excellently prepared: french toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, coffee.

We went through hurricane earl here! The hotel is very nice, our room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. It was a complicated stay but the hotel staff did everything at their power to make us feel safe and confortable. They were absolutely flawless!

Hurricane Earl has come and gone and left a trail of destruction. Thankfully we were not as affected as other parts of the country. Your pleasant attitude made a difficult situation more palatable. I hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your travels.

Overall I would give this place 3 stars but if you rate it against other hotels in the area it would be a 5 star hotel. Rooms were air conditioned but soap and shampoo were not provided. They were also in the middle of construction/remodeling so it was probably a bit more dirty and noisy then normal. But if you...

We do provide soap in the rooms. Perhaps you missed it. Because of your feedback, we are now reviewing the possibility of offering shampoo to our guests. Your review is spot on. We are a 2 or 3 star hotel, not 5 :-) Thank you!

My partner and I stayed at hotel de la fuente for a few days, and we enjoyed ourselves. The hotel provided breakfast every single morning, and free coffee which i miss by the way. They booked our mayan temple tour, which was easy. The employees were so nice and hospitable. On our last night, the front desk offered us to...

We booked this hotel on-line through their website for our 2 night stay. From the first e-mail response, the service was excellent. Eber and others quickly answered any questions we had. We also booked our Lamanai adventure through the hotel. Our room (#309) had a nice view of gardens out back and the New River. It was a great place...
