While sailing with friends from the USA, we happened upon Mango Creek purely by accident. Manny and Tita, who are experienced sailors, have added mooring balls for overnight stays. The grounds are immaculate with great hikes and a fantastic beach. Every staff member is friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy their job. Tita's warm personality and food is nothing short...

Mango Creek is to be shared as it is indeed a special place, off the beaten path, pristine and safe for the discriminating ones, like you who enjoy what life has to offer. It is always a pleasure to have fellow cruisers come and share our waters at Port Royal, please consider Mango Creek your home port in Roatan.

Stayed four nights and three days at Mango Creek Lodge on Roatan. Excellent and unique accommodations over the water . Wonderful food and very good fishing for bonefish and permit. Very good local fishing guide. Diving is said to be very good as well but we did not experience it. Manager and his wife could not have been more personable...

Thank you for your kind words, on your next visit will make sure to not just take you to pursuit Permits and Bone fish but to discover the wonders of our fantastic dive sites in Port Royal, who knows perhaps will find some ancient pirate trinkets ( now that would be cool) in any case it was great being able...

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here at Mango Creek Lodge. We were treated like royalty by the managers Manny and Tita. The food was over the top, with lobster, shrimp and fish creatively prepared. We fished, snorkeled and kayaked, and learned a bit about the pirate history of the island. We will definitely be back!

Spent 20th wedding anniversary here flyfishing and scuba diving. The cottages over the water are great, the food is superb and the flats fishing is 5-20 minute boat ride and scuba even closer. I highly recommend this place for couples, families and for fishing and scuba.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was perfect. Manny & Tita and their staff were courteous, accommodating and very friendly. Our cabana was comfortable; the grounds were very well kept; the private beach was relaxing; the food was amazing (ask Tita for fish in her red pepper sauce); the bar well stocked with cold bee and...

Had a fantastic fishing trip with Jovy as our fly fishing guide. Caught some bonefish and saw an amazing amount of permit and triggerfish in the surf, very cool stuff. Went back to a lodge that Hemingway would have loved and were treated to lunch before returning to the flats.

Joevy was an excellent guide and fun for my son and I to fish with. Hooked up on a world class permit but broke off. Manny was very nice and food great. Very remote place and quiet. Beautiful property. A little hard to get too but nice. This is not a busy area of the island but a place to...

Tita and Manny, The owners of Mango Creek Lodge were so accommodating and so nice. Believe it or not I was the only one there for a whole week since I came during the off-season, which was fine with me because I really did not want to be around a whole bunch of people. They have five Cabanas over the...

Basically this is for anglers. If you want to snorkel, dive or swim, you might want to check out another facility. Staff was accommodating and food was very good. Paying over $400/nightly, I expected more.

Thank you very much for your review, we are truly sorry that the weather was not on your side while here but neither Eolos nor Poseidon are part of our staff and beeing water accesible only and off the grid while having a lot of advantages may not be for every one.
