I have stayed at the Indigo Athens on business for the last 7 Years. I attempted to reserve a room for the same conference this year and was treated rudely by the reservation staff and asked to speak to a mananger and the manager was rude and not helpful at all. I called another hotel in Athens and got great...

The only negative I have is the location. You won't feel safe after the sun go down. Although we stay here each time we come to Athens, Ga. We have never had a problem it can get a little uncomfortable at times when walking around the area of the hotel.

Comfortable large rooms, wonderful bed, and decent sized bathroom with large shower. Loved the Aveda bath products too. Complimentary wine and draft beer at happy hour much appreciated! Workout center nice. Parking is cramped unfortunately.

I stay here several times a year for business. They are always updating things. A couple visits ago they updated some furniture and bar chairs. Thank goodness on those, they are great. This last visit they had put in very nice tread machines in their workout facility which are the best in any hotel that I have had the pleasure...

Stayed here for a work conference with a colleague. When I booked 5 months ahead of time, I said I had to have a room with 2 beds. I was told it was no problem. Then, when we arrived, they had us in a room with 1 king!! The hotel's solution was a rollaway. I was so annoyed, but I...

My great experience with the Indigo began before I even arrived, calling and emailing the hotel with questions (many of the rooms don't have bathtubs, and I wanted a tub--could I do that while also using my IHG points for a room?) which were resolved quickly and cheerfully (sure, book the room and we will upgrade you to a room...

Hotel Indigo is amazing! The staff are so welcoming & accommodating from the moment you walk in the door and go above and beyond to meet any need you have, no matter what time of day. The room was spotless and had a modern feel to it, but yet felt like a home away from home. I fell in love...

Athens is an eclectic city with college kids, foodies and lovers of music. All converge at the Hotel Indigo in a hip setting. The best part is the wonderful communal space surrounding the bar.
