Building was under construction so it was tricky to find at night. They are re-bricking. Front desk staff was great, super quick shuttle service. Bathroom was teeny tiny. Food way okay in the restaurant.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent experiences at our hotel. Our team works hard to meet and exceed our guests expectations; it appears that we were able to accomplish this in certain areas, but have additional work to do in others. We will use your feedback as a training tool to improve our guests overall experience going forward. For your information, we do have rooms of various sizes available throughout the hotel, your reservationist can explain the differences if you allow us to serve you again when your travels bring you to Athens. Than you for giving us the opportunity to host you as you were touring the University of Georgia. Bill

We stayed here while touring UGA. What a great place! The staff (mostly college students I'm guessing) was beyond helpful and friendly. The space is pretty; with a great central courtyard and great eating places. I really enjoyed the coffee bar - they even had alcohol if you

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent experiences at our hotel. I'm very pleased that your impressions of our team, facility and service were so positive; our team works very hard to ensure all our guests have a unique, positive experience when they stay with us. Good luck with admission into the University of Georgia, it is a wonderful place for a student; my daughter graduated from here in 2007. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you and your family the next time your travels bring you to Athens. Bill

We made reservations to stay at this hotel in the beginning of February for a conference at the UGA vet school we attend each year. We requested two rooms adjoining as the website said that we could get an adjoining room with the king suite, which would allow our team to have a

I'd like to begin by apologizing for the confusion our website created in not being specific enough to guide you to the proper room types that adjoined to our Lumpkin King Suite; I have removed this suite from the web site room options until we can better explain what room types are available as connecting rooms. Unfortunately, we did not catch this error in time to adjust the room types to allow for your group to have the accommodations that you intended, the hotel had been sold out for these dates for some time and the rooms were not physically available when you checked in on the 16th. In addition, there is no excuse for you experiencing the equipment issue in our room, another failure on our part. To say the least, I'm as disappointed with your recent stay as you are, especially after we provided you with such a great stay last year; while I can see that we offered a discount for the problems you experienced at checkout, I am instructing my Front desk to adjust all room charges from the three rooms you reserved with us this past weekend. I know we cannot undue the poor experience you received on this recent stay with us, but I'd like to invite you and your team to stay with us again next year to judge for yourselves how we have responded to the problems you experienced. I'm confident we can take the lessons learned from your feedback and improve our overall guest experience. Thank you for the positive feedback about Ian in the Savannah Room an the job our culinary team did in preparing your meal. I believe we can earn your trust if you give us the opportunity to serve you once again. Sincerely, Bill Bradberry Hotel Director University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel

A group of 6 adults in our party enjoyed the great service, clean rooms, and engaging personalities of staff members. Ryan greeted us at the entrance; Hannah, Promyce, and Chiai gave us prompt service at registration; John (we loved his tie) and Colin were so accommodating to

Thank you for taking the time to not only share you comments related to our hotel, but for taking the time to recognize so many of our team members who made an impression on you and your group. We carefully select the individuals who will be taking care of our guests throughout their stay and ask that they go above and beyond just the basics of customer service to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience. I am very proud of the team we have assembled and know that they will appreciate your recognition of their outstanding service. Thank you again and I hope we have the opportunity to serve you and your colleges again the next time your travels bring you to Athens. Bill

The University of Georgia Center is a first-rate place to stay. It is not luxurious by any means, but you get a comfortable clean room with everything you need (minifridge, microwave, shower with great water pressure, very comfortable bed) right in the middle of UGA. There are
