This center for continuing education on the University of Georgia campus, one of the original Kellogg conference centers, is a beautiful, connected facility, with a couple of dining options inside and a free shuttle to restaurants and other areas within a couple of miles.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent impressions of our facility. We are proud to be the gateway to the University of Georgia for so many conference guests and visitors. A majority of our hotel and food & beverage staff are UGA students gaining valuable experience serving the guests of the university and working as part of a professional team prior to completing their education and moving into their chosen professions. I hope we have earned the privilege to not only serve you the next time you attend a conference at the university but any time your travels bring you back to Athens. Bill

We stayed here while touring UGA. What a great place! The staff (mostly college students I'm guessing) was beyond helpful and friendly. The space is pretty; with a great central courtyard and great eating places. I really enjoyed the coffee bar - they even had alcohol if you

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent experiences at our hotel. I'm very pleased that your impressions of our team, facility and service were so positive; our team works very hard to ensure all our guests have a unique, positive experience when they stay with us. Good luck with admission into the University of Georgia, it is a wonderful place for a student; my daughter graduated from here in 2007. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you and your family the next time your travels bring you to Athens. Bill

The hotel was under renovations during our stay. We had a group of parents for an event on campus. Elizabeth (EJ) met us in the lobby the first day, talked to us about what we need, where we can gather, how the shuttle works. Thanks to her we found our grove and she was always

My wife and I came up to give our daughter a respite due to a knee injury. We were pressed into service to transport her to classes due to the laughable application process the transportation services required her to fill out to prove she was injured. We found ourselves making a

The manager on duty refunded our and my mother-in-law's room charges, so ultimately the right thing was done. However, almost everything else from top to bottom was mismanaged or incompetently handled. Something in our bathroom was being fixed by maintenance when we arrived and

Thank you for sharing your recent experience. I agree with your assessment of your recent stay with us, "completely unacceptable". I realize that from time to time things go wrong in any organization and how you recover from these challenges can help mitigate the negative impact associated with the errors. Unfortunately, not only did we make multiple errors in handling your family's stay, but we failed to take proper corrective again to lessen the impact of these errors until all that was left was to give you your money back and apologize,a necessary step, even if we had handled your challenges properly. I can tell you that the poor service you received is not indicative of our service. I will be sharing your experiences with my team as an example of what happens when our communication, detail management and customer service skills are not performed as trained; something no one should experience. I will be sending you a certificate for a free nights stay in the hopes that you will give us the opportunity to demonstrate that we are a professionally trained organization that provides outstanding service to our guests, and on the rare occasion that something goes wrong, we go above and beyond to make sure the guest feels that concern. Again, I apologize. Bill
