I have been staying at this courtyard since March the room cleaning is deteriorating along with maintenance issues , I have alerted the GM but he does not seem to care. I do not recommend this hotel . Staff seems to be helpless in fixing things

First the good news. The staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean but that is about all I can say. The hotel has been renovated and based on the design, I would guess it was a complete gut job except for our toilet. The toilet appeared to be old based on the tank. It was nasty. I only know... Dear RCG770, Thank you for staying with us and thank you for the kind comments regarding the staff and hotel cleanliness. I was disheartened to hear about your housekeeping issues and your toilet tank issues. Staying at a Marriott hotel should be a wonderful experience and one that creates fond memories. Your stay was obviously not that and I sincerely... More

Good location for business, pleasure, or w/family.Close to main highways and streets. Easy access. My biggest issue is that there is no elevator in hotel and my room was on the 2nd floor. I made My reservation several months in advance, requesting a 1st floor room and upon my arrival, they had given away my room!! Needless to say, I... More

I go to Augusta for business a minimum of 6 times a year. This has been my primary hotel for many years. So far this year I have tried 3 other hotels in the Augusta area either because they were new, or I couldn't get reservations here. This hotel remains my first choice and I will not try to book... Only here for one night, thank goodness! The hotel is VERY disappointing. We are Platinum members and would never stay here again! Room is musty smelling and NOT updated. There are two of us and only one chair in the room! No table! Old refrigerator and microwave. A/C is a window unit and cuts on and off all night! I... More

The hotel was easy to find off the expressway. THe staff was very professional and courteous. THe exterior and interior was very clean and appealing the staff was constantly making sure my needs were met. The only reason it does not get an excellent rating is because their linen needs updating (sheets) in particular. I had to request a new... More

Older Courtyard but well maintained. Staff members are professional, friendly and helpful. Fridge and microwave in room - LOTS OF CONVENIENT OUTLETS. Like other Courtyards, breakfast is not free and lower-speed internet is free but higher-speed is $5/day.
