Don't expect a hot shower, in any of the rooms! Twelve of us went for a quilt retreat, we did not have hot water and the out building for sewing was disgusting! The bathroom was filthy and was filled with her personnel belongings. We will not be returning!

We so enjoyed our stay at Log Spirit. Sitting at the edge of the forest, with nothing nearby but the wild turkey's and house chickens, ducks and geese, it made for a lovely get away. 30 minutes to Sandpoint and the same to Coeur deLane, it was a perfect location for the outings we had in mind, which included Kayaking... Wow! What a great surprise on our recent visit to Athol - we called last minute and were lucky to get a room for our family or 4. Robin was welcoming and gracious, even at 9 PM with unexpected guests! Our room was beautiful, clean and very spacious - including a private hot tub and plush robes. Breakfast was delicious... More

At $240 a night you'd expect a bit more. No Wifi. No TV. hottub with time limits even though its attached to your own room. Beds are basically plywood covered by a sheet. It's a bed and breakfast so of course it's personable. But to the extreme. In the hot tub - she's staring. Breakfast- eating with you.

Yes we have a quiet time after 10 pm for the peaceful request of the other guests. All our beds have Costco or Sealy mattresses with box springs, so I am confused about "plywood covered by a sheet". I cannot even see into the hot tub area due to privacy railing or screening, so again am confused by the comment"... More

We enjoyed another wonderful few days at Log Spirit - we love to come back every few years to the peace of the North Idaho countryside. The rooms are cozy, beds comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Robin makes the best cinnamon buns we ever tasted! A very relaxing place to visit to get away from the city.

I have to say, Robin-we had a truly relaxing weekend at your place. The short get away was long overdue. The kids had a great time. The meals were scrumptious. The fire in the hearth was warm and welcoming. We'd recommend your B&B to all our friends and family.

The area is beautiful, deer are everywhere! The log cabin B&B is beautiful and comfortable, wonderful hand-made quilts are everywhere! The food is outstanding, absolutely delicious. Robin, the amazing owner/hostess treats you like a mixture of royalty and family. If you are in the area, don't miss the opportunity of a stay here!

The owners fight, are controlling over food you eat or do not eat, and seem to forget you are trying to relax while on vacation! There is a lot of control here. It is not the place it looks to be. While it is nice physically, the rooms are quite tight. Robin frightened our son, too. What a terrible experience.... More

This B&B is a wonderful log cabin tucked away just north of the lake. Robin is an amazing host with great attention to detail and an amazing cook. We stayed a week and we're not disappointed at a restful stay in a comfortable room along with great food. The only disappointment was no wifi but that was the only negative.... More

We stayed here one night on the way from Seattle to Glacier. A little bit off the path from the rest of the Couer D'Alene area, but very close to Silverwood Amusement Park. Very well kept and breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend it if you are in the area.
