Stayed one night. We had a king bed that was really really firm. Both our hips and shoulders are sore after sleeping on it. There was a metal plate or something that made alot of noise if you sat on the end of the bed....More

The hotel seems to be newly renovated. It was clean and neat. I appreciate how nice Erica was. The night auditor seemed to be grouchy to be bothered when we got there but I think that's most night auditors.More

I'm so sorry that you did not rest peacefully at our hotel. I understand how this could leave a bad impression on us. We are replacing box springs at this time so I'm sorry that you experienced this.
My husband and I stayed at the Fairfield just one night and we were glad it wasn't any longer. Cable TV didn't work. We only had access to about 10 channels. The bed was horrible. Super firm and squeaked each time you moved.
