Spent a week here, beautiful hotel! We went as a family of three with a 7 month old, first trip away with a baby! I must admit the entertainment team were FANTASTIC! We felt safe and looked after and the team were great with my little boy! They looked after him, danced with him, walked with him and gave him lots of cuddles ! My little boy made friends with all the staff and we must say an extra special thank you to Zak and Adil for taking time to spend with us and look after my family! Can’t wait to return :) see you soon!

We were 50 people at this hotel We Had a lovely stay Club Jumbo staff were amazing Good hospitality by Zak Adil Yoyo Mus Munir Suleman n Siham they made our stay very fun as very friendly people n their night time entertainment was amazing as they cater for all cultures for music The food was lovely Room was comfy and good pool view I will visit more

Hotel was amazing, the staff are very very friendly people. The hotel has events every evening which make the stay even better and enjoyable. The beach is very close to the hotel and there is a casino nearby. Special thanks to my amazing new friends Zak, Suley, Yoyo, Adil, Muneir, Zineb. Thank you guys for making my week so pleasant. I wish I could stay for longer. Only improvements needed: more variety of food for vegetarians and please fix your air conditioners.

Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. All staff were incredible, very attentive. Animation team was the best I've come across. Food was repetitive but it always is in AI, the quality and service and choice was very good. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Excellent holiday from the time we landed at Agadir airport to the time we went home. The kenzi europa is a fantastic hotel spotlessly clean the friendly reception staff Hussine, Amine and Imane where always so helpful, always smiled was very polite and nothing was to much for them, they done everything to help. The cooks in the restaurant was excellent, plenty of food and drinks, well done to them for serving up delicious food and plenty of choice. The cleaners also the room was always spotless bed they work very hard. The entertainment staff such lovely young men and you girls, they certainly made me laugh, made my holiday, the waiters always there asking us if we wanted drinks asked clearing the empty plates, the hotel kenzi Agadir is a great hotel and im going a beautiful hotel CLEAN, Friendly great staff, im returning to the Kenzi i would recommend, strongly to take s break there, and the man we booked the trips was astounding. Did not want to come home …

Jumbo entertainment team were excellent. Very friendly & inclusive. If you like that sort of thing. Kept us busy throughout the day. And lots of fun. Food average but typical of budget A/I. Good size room with decent balcony. Very clean with fresh sheets and towels every day. Bar limited and poor drinks selection compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the area. Hotel kept meticulously clean. Enjoyed the holiday and the jumbo team were great.

My husband and I stayed at the Kenzi Europa for 7 nights to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Our room was lovely, very clean and a nice view. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly daily. The food in the restaurant was very nice and a good choice. The bar and evening entertainment was excellent. Lots of fun. Spirits, wine and beer available. All of the staff were very kind, helpful, friendly and professional. The holiday price was very, very reasonable so we were amazed for such a low price we paid for the holiday what you got for this amount. One of the waiting staff Imad was wonderful, very attentive and kind. We could not fault the Kenzi Europa hotel in Agadir and would highly recommend.

Had a great week at this hotel. I wouldn't say it's 4 star as the rooms are in need of an update but the staff are what makes this hotel so great. The entertainment staff were brilliant and are a credit to the hotel, the bar staff and waiters are lovely and friendly. Would be very happy to return next year!
