We spent our third visit in this aparthotel hotel and once again we were well taken care of by the friendly and efficient staff.
Sadly, there needs to be a little more investment in the everyday things; towels and bath mats were very worn out and bathroom could do with attention. We have good memories and it has the advantage of being walkable distance to the excellent Marjane Supermarket so it's quite feasible to eat well in the apartment or in the nearby coffee shops and restaurants. An off licence is only about 5 minutes walk! The clean beach is a good 10 minute walk but sad to say tho, camels are no longer allowed on the beach!

The staff here are very friendly and attentive. Fluent in many languages including English.
Room is spotless clean and serviced each day.
The property is modern yet has a nice Moroccan beach vibe. Quiet and black out curtains for uninterrupted sleep.

Cooking is easy in the suite with good sized fridge, microwave, dishes and dual hot plate.

Would definitely return.

Hotel staff were exceptional. Very helpful with every query we had and would help us instantly with any problems. Hotel maids made sure room was kept in perfect condition every day. Special thanks to Chadia najat Khadija ismail hassan and yassine at reception.

So first of all this place looks beautiful from outside and bedroom not to bad.
Firstly our bedsheets was not changed for 6 days and had to ask on the 6th day for them to be changed and could not have sheets on until they was washed and put back on.
Same with towels they take them and you can have them back after about 5 hours.

We paid for all inclusive the breakfast only consisted of bread products and egg.
When we would ask for milk for our toddler the staff constantly had faces made and we felt unwelcome
There was never no fresh fruit.
On 2 days out of our 7 day stay we was forced to eat outside and eat due to them having some footballers as guests.

The restaurant staff was constantly miserable and barely spoke considering most people I met in morroco was so lovely and welcoming.

The restaurant staff had put out fresh fruit for the evening meal only to find out we wasn’t allowed any and it was for other guests.

I would never stay here again the staff are rude and you don’t feel like eating from there as they make you feel uncomfortable.

On our last day we went down for breakfast there was a line of 30 footballers and we was waiting for food for about 45 min everytime my children went to get some breakfast there was nothing left.
In the end one of the staff made 4 pancakes and brought them to the table.

I really would not recommend this place there are so many lovely hotels around that will make you feel so welcome this hotel will ruin your holiday.

The area of Agadir is technically "in progress" - much of this district is still being built so expect to use taxis to get around. When finished it will be amazing. 20Dh to the Marina area is a fair price and this is a good spot for evening restaurants - the main road leading there has shops and restaurants too. Suggest getting a taxi to "The Decameron" and walking from there, either beach or road. The hotel has no ATM but my Revolut card (definitely a good idea!) was accepted everywhere and an ATM is 30 seconds outside the front of the hotel (turn left), another one 5 minutes to the right. Rooms are large (Junior Double Suite) and most have balconies. Cleaned daily and cleaned well. Rooms are designed for self catering with hotplates and fridges, so that's useful. Breakfast is the usual affair, basic but adequate. Ask for omelettes. You won't be getting a full English, cereal, etc here! Pool is ok, not sheltered from the wind and not enough loungers. Someone said they were uncomfortable and they weren't lying, you'll need padding! It's a race to get them...found a hidden balcony on the 4th floor by our room with 2 loungers and used that, but be wary of white painted walls and heat reflection! No alcohol served here at the hotel either, but you can visit a booze shop out the front door and two minutes to the right if you need a fix. Alternatively, get a taxi to "Marjane", a huge Tesco like shop about ten minutes away. On site shop was rubbish, never opened. Might be because it's low season. It's a decent hotel, the gym/spa is still under construction like most things here. WiFi is good, two separate ones (passworded by the pool, open in the hotel) good enough to stream. A good break hotel.

Stayed for 7 nights during April. Lovely, clean and quiet hotel. Reception staff polite and helpful. pool attendant excellent, always placed clean towels on sunbeds when he saw you arrive around the well kept, spotlessly clean pool area. He enjoyed asking you about your stay and was helpful with suggestions. The pool was not heated but lovely once you got in. we did not eat in the hotel so can not comment there. We had a corner suite, plenty of seating space for 2 of us. Bed comfy. There were no hairdryers in room or hotel. A suggestion would be for a mirror in bedroom. Over all, excellent value for money. 5 minutes walk to nearest part of long, paved promenade or 15 minutes walk the other way to plenty of restaurants. Orange taxis everywhere and cheap (£1.50 to anywhere in town). Large supermarket 20 minute walk and souk the same. super weather whist we there, although recommend a cardigan for the evenings.

Just back from this hotel and would definitely visit again -
- chose apartment with separate bedroom - it was a good size, very clean and towels changed every day.
- I didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that
- All of the staff were really nice - reception, cleaning ladies, pool guy. Although I think it helped being able/willing to speak a bit in French
- nice relaxing pool area - wasn't too busy whilst I was there. Music is quite loud, but it didn't bother me
- Short (10 mins or so) walk to beach, 15 mins to massive supermarket (Marjane), which sells everything, EXCEPT alcohol. Go to Uniprix in town (half hour walk) for beer, wine or spirits. (The rest of the supermarket is a bit rubbish and you're far better off at Marjane) There's no bar at the hotel.

Hotel not part of the main drag overlooking the beach but it did mean that it was easy to get a bit of walking in each day, which was pleasant.

The pictures on website don't really do it justice - if I was coming on a self catering holiday to Agadir, I would definitely come back here.

Tip: Get some duty free on flight out!

Nice enough hotel just the location and lack of a bar a problem for me personally, but the staff are excellent and couldn’t do enough for us.
The restaurant wasn’t anything to shout home about , me and the wife found the food to be quite bland but the waiter was very attentive and overall if you don’t see alcohol part of your vacation then yeah this hotel is nice.

At first i was sceptical after reading mixed reviews. I visited during easter holidays with my 2 kids age 5 and 2. We booked the junior suite. We was given room417 which was a great room. Top floor with balcony and great views. The bathroom is fairly big with a nice spacious shower. Bedroom had 2 beds joined together slightly bigger than a single. It was a tight squeeze with 4 of us. So 1 of us slept on the spacious sofa you get in the lounge area. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave , kettle and all cutlery. The pool was really well maintained but it was really cold in the pool. Breakfast is your usual moroccan breakfast eggs, cold meats, salads, cheese, cakes etc. But there was really nice fresh orange juice and coffee. There is an onsite shop to get your essentials but we went to marjane which is a 10min walk and its a huge supermarket that sells everything. The location of hotel is great as the beach and souk are all within walking distance. The souk has everything you need and you have to haggle to get things at a good price but everyones really friendly. The staff at atlantic palm were very friendly and helpful. We sometimes ate dinner at hotel and they do really nice food at a good price too. I would definitely visit again. Thank you so much for your hospitality

We stayed for one night at the Atlantic Palm Beach Hotel. The exterior and foyer are extremely impressive. The two female receptionists were friendly and helpful, check in was quick.
Our room was spacious with a large fridge and kitchen area. Very small toilet and shower area, but clean and functional. After an evening at the beach, on putting the kids to bed, I pulled back the white sheets of the bed to find them covered in only what I can describe as dust and dirt. I do not think they were used sheets as they were not ruffled but I can only presume the cleaner threw the duvet onto a dirty floor and the bits were picked up from there. It was 10pm so we didn't make an issue of it.
We used room service which was efficient, and the food was fresh.
Breakfast was fine, there was a variety of pastries, pancakes, some fruit and olives and omelettes made to order, along with fresh orange juice. There were plenty of staff in the room and service was efficient.
My son wanted to use the swimming pool after breakfast but refused to jump in after seeing lots of flies etc in the water, my husband commented that the pool was a lot dirtier than the pools at the other two hotels we had stayed in.
We asked a male at reception to sort out an issue with some taxis and asked if he would call them which he did reluctantly and then asked for 5 dirhams for use of the phone. I thought this a little tasteless as we have always asked hotels to book taxis etc for us and never been charged. Also had they not charged for this, I would have given a tip at least four times this amount on leaving! Please do not charge others for this again!
Location: there are only hotels around here, no shops or restaurants but it is nice and quiet. You will need to get taxis to the Marina. Beach is a fifteen minute walk.
Overall I think if you are on a budget then I would recommend the hotel, it is new and hopefully will improve with time and experience.
