We were welcomed in our beautiful very large room on the 22 floor by the very friendly Zakia and Kadili from housekeeping ; they made sure that everything in the room was well prepared for our 1 night stay at the Kenzi Tower Hotel in Casablanca. We appreciated the box with macarons cookies as a welcome in the room. The hotel is very centrally located for shopping. In the evening we enjoyed a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. We recommend a stay at this very beautiful 5 star hotel with very friendly staff.

Great hotel, and the best part was the breakfast. Chef Siham made me some of the best Moroccan pancakes (Msaman). It’s a great place where you can try local foods with western touch. Stuff are also very friendly and professional. I still haven’t tried SPA but it seems expensive .

Stayed here for just one night as part of a tour group . Shame it wasn’t for longer . Our room was large , bed & pillows were comfortable. Plenty of storage & hangers . Everything was clean & tidy . Bathroom was huge with a walk in shower . There was a really nice outside terrace where we were able to have drinks , which were a reasonable price . Staff here were friendly, polite and professional. Dinner & Breakfast were included, both buffet, a great choice of dishes too. Would certainly recommend this hotel .

Giant rooms! Fantastic views! Lovely staff! I didn’t eat in the restaurant other than breakfast which was plentiful and a great mix of French and local dishes. Mind the bathtub - couldn’t work how to get in without slipping as it didn’t have a flat base. Very central for shopping. Casablanca may not be on the main tourist trail but is well worth a visit.

It was a wonderful experience after 3 years not visiting Morocco since the Corona virus, however the place is cozy well organized the staff is very helphul - Rooms are clean and room service are very active. - of course rhe view ffeom the room will always be good. Breakfast is well diversified and good Its always a pleasure staying in Kenzy It has a free parking witha valley service

The room was ok and also the room service. The bathroom is a bit old but overall a good stay. Room cleaning not wonderful, I stay at the level 17, my colleague from 24 with the same type of room had better cleaning service than mine. Overall not bad but could be better

By far, THEE best hotel I've stayed at in my 30-odd years of travelling, whether for work or pleasure. In this case, it was for work, which made their incredible service and kindness all the most welcome. We were a huge group of about 50 people and it seemed not to phase the staff. On our arrival, they were 100% ready for us. Literally everybody from the reception staff to the security staff to the housekeepers were efficient, relentlessly helpful, kind and absolutely professional. It says a lot about an establishment when the consistency is seamless across all departments. The rooms are beautiful with a touch of class. The hotel is located next to a mall and perfectly central to the city. Finally, the breakfast was like nothing I've ever seen in my life before. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this hotel.…
