Cold octopus and terrible indifferent service. I waited 40 minutes to be served and then the dish came cold. The staff were not helpful and came to me for payment and did not listen to my comments. The night manager also asked me to pay before even listening to my complaint. Don’t come here if your are not Morroccan.

I had a terrible experience at Kenzi Tower. Arrived at 3 PM for check-in, waited 20 mins, only to find my room wasn't ready despite it being past the check-in time of 2 PM. After a half-hour wait, finally got my room. Elevator issues added to the frustration - waited 20 mins to get in, then got stuck on the 15th floor for 10 mins! Forced to climb 7 floors with luggage due to elevator malfunction. Later discovered over 50 insect bites in the room. Reported to reception, but they dismissed it and offered only a coffee. Still itching 9 days later. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

At first blush the hotel seemed fine. But then there was an endless series of disappointments. Two of four elevators not functioning leading to long waits. Breakfast with more staff than patrons but still cannot get coffee. Basic room supplies not refilled. Lobby bar with a food menu on the table but the wait staff (when we finally got her attention) did not know if they served food (they did and it was of poor quality and cold). A wine list of perhaps 30 listings but they only had a few. No hot water in the morning. You get the idea. I think they survive on flight crews and larger tours so can get away with the poor and inattentive service. I suggest that management needs to do a full rework of their procedures and customer service.

We were welcomed in our beautiful very large room on the 22 floor by the very friendly Zakia and Kadili from housekeeping ; they made sure that everything in the room was well prepared for our 1 night stay at the Kenzi Tower Hotel in Casablanca. We appreciated the box with macarons cookies as a welcome in the room. The hotel is very centrally located for shopping. In the evening we enjoyed a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. We recommend a stay at this very beautiful 5 star hotel with very friendly staff.

Great hotel, and the best part was the breakfast. Chef Siham made me some of the best Moroccan pancakes (Msaman). It’s a great place where you can try local foods with western touch. Stuff are also very friendly and professional. I still haven’t tried SPA but it seems expensive .

Stayed here for just one night as part of a tour group . Shame it wasn’t for longer . Our room was large , bed & pillows were comfortable. Plenty of storage & hangers . Everything was clean & tidy . Bathroom was huge with a walk in shower . There was a really nice outside terrace where we were able to have drinks , which were a reasonable price . Staff here were friendly, polite and professional. Dinner & Breakfast were included, both buffet, a great choice of dishes too. Would certainly recommend this hotel .

Giant rooms! Fantastic views! Lovely staff! I didn’t eat in the restaurant other than breakfast which was plentiful and a great mix of French and local dishes. Mind the bathtub - couldn’t work how to get in without slipping as it didn’t have a flat base. Very central for shopping. Casablanca may not be on the main tourist trail but is well worth a visit.
