I arrived in the early hours of the morning after a long flight from Germany and the night manager checked me in with a smile. He told me that the hotel was completely full so when I went up to my room I accepted the fact that there were two single beds pushed together rather than my preference - a...

Ok its not a five star.. More like a four or three star.. Or somewhere in between.. While the staff is good and the hotel is conveniently located the rooms need a touch up.. And the breakfast menu needs to be jazzed up.. The hotel needs maintenance... Overall it was an average decent stay (overpriced for its category).

Needed a place central to Casa for ONE NIGHT.. First impessions are fine based on my selecting off booking.com. Parking my car was a concern but this was taken care of by the helpful staff. Easy to find for someone not well acquainted with the city. The road is a main thoughfare and sign posted. But not a five star...

You might want to reconsider the idea of booking into any sort of luxury or service quality when you book into this hotel. Outdated, slow service and very disorganized. You don't want to get stuck in this hotel for more than the first 20 min when you realize you did a mistake. If your here for work, forget about an...

We were supposed to be staying at Kenzi Tower but they had some room issues our first night and placed us here. The staff was condescending when we asked about our room and the arrangements made by Kenzi. However, the room was decent.

Although is rated as a five star it is just a three star hotel. Bed is correct but my room was very small and breakfast was really weak. Small lobby and lacks business area. If you are looking for a five stars hotels, this is not the right place.

The hotel is old but well kept. The staff is kind. Still the mystery remains why they do not want to serve you Maroccan food in the Restaurant of the hotel. Or why I was told the outside room was fully booked when during the whole night I saw max 6 ppl eating Maroccan food which they refused to serve...

We were displeased with the arrogant and un-accommodating behavior of senior staff in the reception, difficult internet connection and incomplete toiletries which have prompted us to cancel our booking for 2 double rooms after our 2nd night which was originally good for 4 nights. The night before our check out, we asked the assistance of the reception with our request...

And drink!! Very calm!! No noise there!! The restaurant is ok, little expensive but ok!! You have fast food and good plates...
