My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights earlier this week and we were blown away by the beauty of the building. The service was exceptional both Jean Claude and Simo went out of their way to help us if we needed it (particularly when we got lost on the way back from buying up most of the merchandise... More

We have been lucky enough to find Riad Laayoun. From the time of first communication to the personal welcome in the market by Mohammed we have been blessed. Home away from home in a busy Moroccan city, a haven in the centre of a vibrant busy medina city. Both Jean-Claude and Mohammed were always available, answering questions and making suggestions,... We had such a lovely time in this Riad. The building has such a sense of history and the mosaics are very fine. The tall ceilings on the ground floor add to the grandness of the space. The bed was comfy and the Riad is very clean. Jean Claude and the staff are very cheerful and welcoming! What a delight... More

Very nice and spacious oases in very authentic style Riad. It was a pleasure to be here with the our family (kids 11,9 and 7) The owners are very helpfull with tips and very good with the kids exploring the Riad. It is really like a castle for them with all little hideaways. We had a suite for the kids... More

We arrived in Fez on the evening train and were met by a driver arranged by the Riad - A godsend as you will never find this (or any other) Riad without help. A shot drive and 70 Dirham later we were met by our host from the riad, he walked us up through the maze of streets, all while... More

We were guest in this Riad for 4 nights. Jean Claude und Simo were very helpful. The Hotel is in the old city, but very quiet. It is an old building, but very well renovated, you will experience a perfect atmosphere. The riad is well designed in classic Maroccon style. The terrace has a great view of the city. It... More

We spent three nights at Riad Laayoun (6/30-7/3/2016). Communicating with Jean Claude in the weeks before our arrival was fast and easy. He replies to emails almost immediately, and answers any and all questions. He arranged for us to get picked up from the airport by Abdoul, and Simo was waiting for us when we got there. Unfortunately, Jean Claude... More

Jean-claude and Mohammad made us feel like we were at home! They prepared a great meal that was ready when we arrived after a long travel day. It was the best tagine we had in all of Morocco.
