We made the booking quite last minute as we arrived pass midnight and just wanted to sleep for the night before moving to another riad in the medina. Room was cleaner than expected. Bigger that expected (4people but 5 beds) and basic. Hotel outlook and deco reminded me of the 80s.

The room we stayed in wasn't clean. Some roach bugs in the bathroom and the tv and air conditioner didn't work. This was the second room we had. The location is not that great at all. Saw many working girls and drunks right across the street. I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel has known better times. Now it is thread bare. But it is clean and the rooms are spacious. No credit cards accepted. Only cash in Dirham against a disadvantageous rate, making your stay more costly than anticipated. You will not receive a bill. Vague costs like unspecified taxes will increase the price when checking out. There are no... More

Myself and my colleague stayed in this hotel for two days while at Fes to attend an International Conference. We had no complain about the hotel as our room used to be clean with toilet inside. The room is upstairs which gave us a good view of the surroundings. In general Morocco is a very nice country with a temperate climate devoid... More

Well! When we were initally shown our room it seemed basic but clean. However when we lifted the toilet seat we were met by a nasty surprise, shall we just say that the room had not been cleaned properly!!!! We complained to the chap who had shown us to the room, who at first was reluctant to come and see... More

To start on a positive note, great location in the centre of Ville Nouvelle. Room are small with high ceilings at the end of the darkest corridor known to man. Rooms locks are suspiciously loose set in a door that looked like it had been kicked in a few times. The ensuite is there, in the corner of the room.... More

Although this initially appears like a good hotel - good location (walkable from the bus station), decent sized rooms, clean bathroom etc - beware if you are staying on a Friday night as a very loud disco starts around midnight and goes on until about 4-5am. (Don't know if this is the case for the rest of the weekend /... More
