Staff are slow and lie. They do serve alcohol but have no licence. They get it from another hotel bar down the road. Rooms are dirty, staff are rude. View is great from the top of the hotel. Breakfast is nice.

This is a wonderful oasis in the Medina --- great rooms, common space, location, and service. What more could you want? We were surprised at how nice the place is, even as we were nervous on the walk from the cab to the hotel...

Great opulent space. Magnificent rooftop and pools. Most importantly, we adored the staff. We had 3 rooms and each was different. Ask for a room with a view of one of the 2 pools. Breakfast and dinner there was great too. Wonderful beautiful spot in a great city. Highly recommend it.

The Riad Salam Fes is a real architectural treasure that has been fully renovated with passion and care for traditional Moorish and Moroccan Style. It is very well located and ten minutes away from the Medina of Fez. We were there for three nights and each nights my wife and I very much enjoyed our digestive walk from the hotel...

Beautifully done out, this riad makes you feel like you are a guest of the King himself! The entrance and swimming pool areas are gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable (although could do with slightly better sound proofing), and the decoration is tastefully sumptuous. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. I couldn't recommend it enough!

This is a top notch place to stay. Excellent staff who are friendly & helpful. A beautifully restored riad - the central pool in the open courtyard is inviting yet serene. The rooftop terrace a great spot for sundowners overlooking the bubbling medina. Dinner in the restaurant was very good Moroccan fare whilst the included breakfast comprised the expected fresh...

We stayed here while on a small group trip. The road is small and very beautiful. You feel like you are staying"in the lap of luxury". The staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfasts were ample and good. This was the best road the group stayed in the whole trip. It would be the place I would go back to...

Beautiful historical hotel in the heart of the Medina! Situated in an old mansion with stunning center courtyards and pool. The traditionally ornate rooms feature exquisite tile and filigree plaster work along with period furniture. The food, service, and hamam, and staff were all excellent! We felt like royalty and will definitely return if possible!
