Le Jardin des Biehn is a large Andalusian garden in the middle of the Medina of Fez, scented by Isfahan roses, jasmin, orange blossom and bergamot. All around stands the summer palace of a Pasha : nine rooms and suites, a restaurant, a spa and an art gallery. It is a place of harmony and charm, of luxury and fantasy, of shadows and light passing through the palms, lulled by birdsong and the murmur of fountains.

It is a cliché to describe a place as an oasis, but is appropriate for Le Jardin des Biehn. From the moment you step out of the medina lane and through the big doors of the hotel, you are in a soothing dream world, with just the sounds of burbling water and songbirds, and the

We had dinner in this beautifully restored Rhyad and it was perfect. The place is gorgeously designed: from table cloths to lanterns, you step into a fairy tale! The food was carefully thought for simple moroccan taste, no frills, but incredibly tasty! Don’t even try and find
