Loved this Riad,Fatima,Karima and Mohammed made us feel right at home. Breakfast was great and fatimas home cooking for dinner a real treat. We are travelling with two boys who have lots of energy but they never lost patience and were always happy to answer there sometimes ridiculous questions.Location is good as Taxis pick up and drop off just 100 meters...

The street outside gave no idea of the sumptuousness inside. Fatima was so helpful and friendly and Karima was always smiling. The room itself was stunning and full of classic Moroccan detail. We loved Fes and we wanted to stay longer.

This riad is a beautifull place, typical Morocco. Everybody is super friendly and helpfull, always ready to talk and explain what you want to know. The room is clean and romantic! Breakfast and dinner is home made, healthy and very good! We felt ourselves at home, but better! Greets from Julie and Pablo

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this Riad provided excellent service. We were exhausted upon arrival and were refreshed by tea service then a lovely dinner made on site. They served breakfast each morning and even did laundry for us. To top it off, they helped find our next riad in Chefchaouen. The property was lovely...

For the price we really couldn't have asked more from Riad Naila. We were greeted by the friendly staff with a pot of Moroccan tea and a good overview of all of the things to do in Fez before being shown to our room. The room surpassed our expectations, it was really big, beautifully decorated and had a great ambiance...

I stayed here last (early) winter and booked it only upon looking at its gorgeous pictures and apparent closeness to Fes el Bali ( old part of the Medina). Arranged a pick-up transfer from the train station and had resigned myself to being stood up, abandoned and harassed (had bad pick-up experiences in Asilah, communication with this Riad manager was...

Well..there is nothing fundamentally wrong about this place: good location, nice breakfast, lovely decoration, etc. But it is too much like a formula....and it lacks heart. There are some nice staff serving breakfast but the overall feeling is that this is first and foremost a business and the effort to make you feel at home is missing. This should be a...

The owner and the staff are all very kind gentlemen. We contact the owner through email and he arrange a pick up service from bus station, which is very good for us as we do not need to deal with taxi driver. They treat us mint tea anytime we come back to the Riad, let us relax and feel so...

We were greeted in the car park by a young man who runs the Riad and when we got inside we were offered mint tea. The owner told us that he received the request that we wanted a room on the higher floors but the hotel was fully booked so he offered us a room on the ground floor and...

We visited Morocco over the summer in hopes of getting to see the local atmosphere and all of the cool and exotic things that ancient cities like Fes had to offer. Upon arrival we met Omar, one of the owners and operators of Riad Naila, and not only was he able to make us feel comfortable and safe in the...
