Rooms far too hot. Temperature controlled centrally, air conditioning switched off for winter in November and heating on.The shower was very difficult to operate to the point of being dangerous.The food was poor and dinner was cold. Definetly not a 5 star hotel.

Our room was dated but big, a lot of things did not function and required service; TV, phone (never did work), re frig. Slow elevators. Section of the city very quiet and no restaurants. The hotel is designed to handle conferences and weddings not much...More
I stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is nice and clean. Reception staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is good and the dinner was good. Alcohol is expensive.

When we visited the trip was for wedding and all the details had already been arranged, but there are very many cabs and a bus service from the airport. Meals at the hotel were about £40/60 but we were not really keen on the Moroccan food, but that's purely personal. It all tasted pretty much the same.
