I stayed here for two nights and it was great. I had very timely email correspondence with Edna leading up to my stay and the staff of two couldn't have been better. The food was great (especially the dinners) and the highlight was definitely the roof terrace overlooking the medina. Rachid, the riad manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout...

The manager of the riad, Rachid, was incredible! He went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met: he waited up for us past midnight on our day of arrival and had a great meal waiting for us (which was very tasty), he picked up bus tickets for us, and arranged for a guide to...

We didn't stay at this riad, but arrived here by accident - there are 3 hotels named "Kenza" in the medina and we had arrived at the wrong one after a long day of travel. The owner / manager was extremely helpful, called our correct hotel, and walked us to meet a taxi he had arranged to take us to...

Hosts were very nice and welcoming. Prepared breakfast for me each morning as soon as I woke up, and dinner was made available when desired. The room I had on the terrace was very nice, temperature was comfortable, had an AC but didn't need it. Only complaint would be that the sounds of the calls to prayers were quite loud...

Furthermore, the interior and the terrace were amazing. Regarding the service, i could not wish for a better host than Rachid. He was always very heplfull and willing to make my stay in...

Great Riad, very well received and the staff we're very helpful and kind. So kind that they offered us breakfast (which was included) when we woke up late (being late risers) on two occasions although breakfast had officially finished 1.5 hours before. Would highly recommend this place, a quality and honest place.

This was an excellent place to stay, highly affordable and great hospitality! Upon arriving to in Fes (by train from Casa Voyages, in Casablanca) we took a petite taxi to the Median. Rashid, met us at the gate and guided us so the Riad. Once at Riad La Bague de Kenza, we were warmly welcomed by Edna, the owner, with...

This was our first Riad in Fes. Pretty decent price for its value. The interior is beautiful, and the terrace was our favourite part (It had multiple floors and a nice view). Morrocan full breakfast was served on the terrace. Rachid is the nicest guy and willing to help you with anything! He made our stay memorable. Only negatives is...

This is a really nice mid price place, the staff speak a variety of languages, Edna is a fluent English Speaker. We were collected at the airport and then meet at the gate and taken into the medina. Breakfast was basic but good. It was clean. ALL the staff make the place. We had a very tasty meal when we...

The hostel is in medina and a bit hard to find - you can even have unpleasant moments on the way, so call the hostel to wait for you! It is on the opposite side of the medina/new town, but with taxi it is not a problem. The riad is colorful, nice and clean. Couple who work there friendly and...
