Good hotel, high class, authentic experience, Bad restaurant in the roof, probably any other restaurant in Fez will offer tastier cuisine. Some noise from the live music in the roof bar until late, I still believe that this is one of the best places to stay in Fes

This hotel was tastefully renovated. The rooms have steps and difficult angles so it is important to have a night light on. Our room had a fabulous balcony. The restaurant serves good food. Breakfast was okay. Internet was spotty.

Dear kite-m, Madam, Sir, I feel very sorry about your experience and regret that you did not ask for the manager (me) to share this outrageous experience. I indeed separated many guides from our hotel in order to avoid such problems. We work hard on this issue and have already many positive returns. I invite every guest not to hesitate to ask for me in case of any lack of satisfaction. Yours truly, Albrecht Jerrentrup, gm of Palais Faraj

Does one need a car to stay here, or is it easy to walk to the gate of the medina?
Hello, We are located at the entrance of the Medina, so the hotel is accessible by car. One of Medina gates is right in front of hotel entrance. the blue gate is at 15mn walk.

The rooms are perfectly fine and I would have no hesitation in staying in the standard rooms. To be honest they are better than some suites I have seen in other establishments. The area is quiet, the views to die for and the dining experience exemplary. Highly recommended whichever room/suite you stay in

Hello, all our rooms and suites have AC; some of them work better than others. You can specify during the reservation that your parents are very sensitive to heat so we will take it in consideration and give you the rooms with the more efficient AC system.
