Great service and excellent room. We were given the largest room as there were no other guests at that time. Lovely breakfast served on the rooftop. Riad was a great escape from the noise and bustle of the medina and the punge pool was wonderful at the end of the day to cool off. Location very central and once we...

We stayed in the Riad El Nour for a week in May 2009. Upon arrival we were given a nice platter of tea and biscuits at the sister Riad, Karmela. After filling in various bits of paperwork we were taken to Riad El Nour (located on the otherside of the alley way) and shown to our room. Having booked a...

We stayed at the Riad el Nour in mid December 2008 and it was a complete idyll. The Riad is inside the walls of the old city and within the buzz of the souks and markets, yet it manages to be a tranquil haven of cool and quiet. There was nothing we could fault or improve on; *The rooms are...

We stayed a week at Riad el Nour and it was just brilliant. We stayed in two different rooms which were both spotless with cool decor. The riad was quiet and nothing (mainly lots of tea for us British girls!) was too much trouble. The location is fairly central and the streets surrounding the riad felt safe and we were...

We spent 3 nights in Marrakech at the Riad El Nour, and we had a ball. The Riad is in the Medina (Old City) which is the ONLY way to experience Marrakech, if you stay in some walled resort you are wasting your time. The welcome is fantastic, mint tea and some local treats while you go through the formalities...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the el nour. The staff could not have been more attentive, the bedroom was lovely, the courtyard great for an early evening drink before hitting the souks and the rooftop terrace fab for a sunbathe and chill. The location is great, very close to the centre but quiet. We felt very safe when wandering...

We stayed at the Riad El Nour for three nights and had the best time. The property is beautiful, the room we were in was very comfortable and every morning we were served breakfast on the terrace. There is a small swiming pool on the terrace where you can cool down and relaxe after a day of exploring the souks....

“The riad is small, choose a first floor room, so that you can overlook the courtyard.”

“We stayed in Riad Petit Karmela, which is just opposite the main building, we ate breakfast and used the facitlies in the main riad. It was very quiet and peaceful, whereas I think that the main building may have been a bit noisy if you wanted an early night or a lie in.”

“Riad El Nour is part of the hotel but across the alleyway. It's even quieter there, really lovely.”
