The best part of this hotel are the staff. They have been beyond outstanding catering to our every need and also our main source of tourist information. The hotel is clean and and has a gorgeous old style feel including log fires. Food provided in the hotel is delicious with huge portions. Highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here at the beginning of October and the best pet of staying here was definitely the warm and friendly customer service we received throughout our stay. Fatima and her team were so approachable and willing to help with anything we required. On our first day, we arrived and shortly after we received traditional Moroccan tea with a selection... More

We stayed here for a week. It's quiet and peaceful whilst being only 10 minutes from the main square. The room was a good size and the staff were really helpful and attentive. It's good value for money. The breakfasts are very good and I would recommend staying here.

Friendly staff, a peaceful hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Comfortable room without being ostentatious. The breakfast room was a delight We would recommend this Riad but not if you have mobility problems

We arrived at Riad Dar Saad early in the morning following our 9am arrival at Menara airport. We arranged previously with the riad to have airport transfers (at 30 euros for a return trip for 2 people) and we were welcomed at airport arrivals by the taxi driver who held a sign reading 'Riad Dar Saad' with our names on... We had five nights in Marrakech and absolutely loved our stay at Riad Dar Saad. Not only were the rooms and public spaces just gorgeous it was really well located to enjoy the old souks and all that the old city has to offer. The staff were very happy to organise and help with anything that we asked of them.... More
