My partner and I loved everything about this small hotel. The staff were perfect from when we arranged a transfer to getting to the Riad by email to checking out. I would highly recommend the transfer if it is your first time to Marrakech.

There is no need to eat in Riad Diana, we had one meal there the night we arrived. Very good but expensive by local prices. There are lots of places to eat near Riad Diana as you are in the centre of Marrakesh near the main square yet the Riad is very quiet with lovely staff who will take great care of you.
No, it's available for everyone. We would go up and drink tea after a day walking around Marrakesh and we also had two meals up there in the tent area in the evening. The sunsets over the city are well worth seeing.
