Strange really because first impressions usually count a great deal to the feel of the holiday but in this case it was not true. On leaving the taxi the walk through the lanes and tunnels could prove quite intimidating. However, Adam was there to meet us and guide us through the maze. All concerns were washed away on opening the...

My friend and I stayed at Riad Slawi after reading the reviews on Trip advisor and we were both very happy with the decision! Adam was very helpful from the beginning answering my coupious emails and even managed to book us in for a trip to the desert at a very reasonable price (though the car had no air-con as...

Made welcome from the moment we arrived by the owner Adam, we stepped into a beautiful and tranquil oasis, a complete contrast to the busy hustle and bustle of the narrow alleyways outside. Our room was both clean and comfortable and breakfast plentiful with Morrocan style breads, pancakes, jam, cheese, eggs, drinks etc, served in a light airy courtyard. In...

Well, it takes time to find this riad; it is about 10 min walk from the nearest road. Our room was nicely furnished, well-decorated and of good standard. Breakfast was included - of very basic type … should be improved. Owner/manager is a friendly, cheerful guy, though slightly imposing to my taste – tries to sell you peripheral services, taxis,...

We had a wonderful three night stay in Riad Slawi during our trip to Morrocco. Adam, the manager could not have been more helpful and really added to the experience. The rooms are all individually decorated to an extremely high standard (even included a UK plug socket in our room), and spotlessly clean. Adam makes it feel like you're staying...

Riad Slawi was a real find. The Riad is a lovely peaceful oasis amidst the hurly burly that is the medina of Marrakech. Adam was an excellent host - nothing was too much trouble. He was always there to offer us information and advice that greatly enhanced our stay. Adam met us and guided us to the Riad and wherever...

We were taken great care of from before we left UK. Adam arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport and we were guided to the Riad from the taxi. Mint tea and homemade biscuits as soon as we arrived and lots of valuable advice. Adam left us in the care of his father, Mustapha, who looked after...

I booked the Riad Slawi from Trip advisors great reviews. It's a beautiful little Riad with such great hosts who were very helpful from the outset. Adam and his father as well as their local helper Mohammed made sure we had a great time. This place is great value for money. One tip, there is a great roof terrace which...

My partner and I stayed at Riad Slawi for 4 nights at the beginning of November. The riad is located close to the action of the Djeema El Fna and souks, and Adam, the manager, introduced us to these sights on our first morning. Having someone like Adam available on your first visit to Marrakech is invaluable, he went the...
