Nice hotel, close to the town (new and old medina), the rooms were fairly huge. Friendly staff apart from the lady who worked at the reception desk. WiFi network was really poor don't even bother. I'll rate it 6 out of 10.

We booked a king bed but got a double bed not king. Room 204 was on street side and it was loud. It did slow down a bit later at night, but still loud. Then it started up again very early in the morning. We did stay on a sunday night. There were stains on duvet & sheets. Run down...

Visited Dec 2013 for a 7 day holiday Small traditional Riad in a great location between the old town (Jema-El-Fna) and the new town. (around 10 mins walk each way) Taxis, shopping, food is dirt cheap as we were good at haggling lol! Hotel only has wifi in the lounge area downstairs not in the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was...

The only redeeming value of this hotel is that the air-conditioning worked well, other than that, BEWARE! This is a very dilapidated, dirty and dark hotel. It claims to be a three star hotel but it is not even qualified even to be a two star. There were cockroaches and bugs in the bathroom. The shower and lights did not...

The hotel staff exploited my family for more money and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and at unease. They were hostile and extremely unhelpful. They put us through troubles just to give us our room and charged us extra for unnecessary purposes. I advice you, sincerely from my heart, please do not make the mistake of staying at this...

I was booked into this hotel at the beginning and end of a trek in the High Atlas Mountains. Frankly I found the standard of the Riad Mogador to be appalling. The general décor of the bedrooms was quite shabby with dirty, chipped walls, “patched up” paint work and smeared mirrors. Both the rooms in which I stayed were long...

Me and a large group of friends stayed here in May'13 and we didn't expect too much from a 3* just basics. Overall we were disappointed at the hotel staff who barely wanted to help with the many problems that came about with the hotel!! U couldn't even get them to smile and when they did it was cos they...

“We stayed at the back overlooking a petrol station, other reviews said front rooms were noisy, but I would have like one as the views to the mountains, the busy street below and having a balcony would have preferrable.”
