Good value, all very clean and beautiful. Try the soup, very very nice. The staff were incredibly friendly, they were very helpful in helping us getting organised and giving advice too. It is not actually in the Medina, and you have to trust me on this one when I say that that is a good thing.

I needed a cheaper option to where I was staying. I found this place luckily. Knowing to keep my expectations low based on internet reviews of Riads throughout Marrakech, I was very pleasantly surprised to find no issues here. The staff has been very friendly, the rooms clean, the WIFI excellent, the food very tasty as well, and the view...

I had a very good experience at Dar Loula. The staff is friendly and very helpfull towards all your needs. A very good choice on a budget, it's a hotel that made me feel welcome. The hotel can be quite hard too find for the first time, and we ended up calling the hotel to pick us up from the...

The warmest welcome I have ever had by a very friendly staff member. He seemed so excited for our arrival and ran around giving us a grand tour of the hotel. Staff were keen to help out at every possible opportunity. We asked for a recommendation of somewhere to go for a meal and the staff were genuinely upset that...

Being on a budget travelling you never know what your going to get hotel wise. This place has surprised me by its simple beauty. Cheap and 10 minutes from the square! Because its away from the square it's very quite and almost a santuary from all the hot dusty travelling in morocco. Keep a look out when you come by...

The Riad is situated very close to the El Badi Palace and the top terrace is a great vantage point to see the storks nesting on the ramparts. It is about a 10-15 minute fairly straightforward walk to the Djemaa el fna square. My partner was on his motorbike and was able to park in a secured parking area very...

So thought what the hell and booked it for 3 nights for my other halfs fortieth and am so glad i did. They couldn't have been more helpful as soon as I had booked I received an...

27-31 Jan 2013. Very Good value Riad. Clean, small, basic breakfast. Excellent position to explore Marrakech, close to the Old Palace Royal, 10-15 mins walk to the Square and the Souks. Some english spoken, Rooms are small ours had two singles, not a lot of storage and got very damp. You can get a small beer £3/4 approx. If you...

“On the south side, neighborhood roosters act as alarm clocks, even before the call to prayer. I'm not sure about the north.”

“We were in room Atika, which was quite lovely with its own washing room and shower, a large 2 person bed, and airco. On both sides of the bed there were electricity sockets, and the bed had drapes around it. The window was on the alley that ended in the street though, so it was sometimes a bit loud late at night (also caused by Ramadan, for which the locals stayed up late after sundown to eat).”
