After reading various reviews, we were really looking forward to our week's stay at this Riad in January. Regrettably our experience was not good and we decided to move on after only two nights. A wall-mounted heater that made a lot of noise but no heat, a leaking toilet that we complained about but they seemed unable to repair and...

We had a really nice stay here. The room was warm, the water hot, the bed comfy and the breakfast was tasty :) what more could you want!? They offered us a late breakfast, early lunch upon arrival as well, and were available to answer any questions throughout our stay. It was a really pleasant riad. We would reccomend it...

The treasure of this place is the staff. They were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always offering tea to overcome the cold. We did feel however that the surroundings were not as sumptuous as the pictures suggested and outside our room, including the bathroom, were very cold. I know the weather in January is mixed but...

Service, although friendly, can feel amateurish and a tad unprofessional at times, like they're overwhelmed/unprepared or something but this may just be due to lack of experience? The walk to the riad involves a lot of sharp and blind corners and fighting your way among cars and motorcycles. Rooms are padlocked, weird. Pool was small and more for decorative purposes...

the manager and owner of this hotel couldn't be bothered. when i arrived the manager sheepishly told me they'd double booked my room to someone else--initially they offered to help me resolve the matter, but ultimately the owner disappeared altogether and the manager was extremely rude and treated me with contempt. i do not recommend.

A lovely authentic riad to stay while in Marrakech. Well located, short walk to the souks. Truly an oasis after a day out in the city. The treasure of this property is the staff. Dagmara and her team will do anything to make you feel at home. We felt we were leaving family when we checked out. If we are...

Lived in the Riad for nine days, stayed both for christmas and for new years. Was on the brink of moving out / booking earlier flights back home every single day, but we relent rather easily. The riad itself is kinda cosy and you could call it cute. Everything is old and the place would need a small renovation. There...
